Trotz Topp-Lage hätten wir von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel etwas mehr erwartet.
Pros:

Die Lage war TOPP. Etwas Abseits des grossen Rummels (Tourismus), Nähe bei einer Metro, im Quartier hatte es viele feine Restaurants, zu Fuss war alles auch gut erreichbar. Das Hotel liegt in einer kleinen Nebenstrasse und ist eher ruhig gelegen.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon stark in die Jahre gekommen. In einem Familienzimmer hatte es nur Sitzgelegenheiten für zwei. Das Badezimmer war am anderen Ende des Raumes als die Toilette (ohne Waschbecken). Die Dame beim Frühstück war sehr unfreundlich und grummelig drauf. Der Wunsch, ein zweites Duvet zu bekommen erwies sich als sehr schwierig- und konnte nicht erfüllt werden.

Without the loud neighbours, everything is actually fine.
Pros:

The property is near where we want to go. Staff are very accomodating and flexible.

Cons:

We were on 2nd floor, the walls are thin enough for us to hear everything from the next room, from phone ringing to conversations, the two ladies were very loud until almost 12am. We were very tired when we arrived and left more tired due to lack of sleep. Apart from that, everything is fine.

La ubicación y alrededores. Sobretodo el personal de recepción. Habitación familiar con muy cómoda y muy amplia, nada agobiante que es de agradecer 😊😊😊

A charming boutique hotel on a quiet street, comfortable and in a great location!

Cons:

The cost of breakfast was a little steep given the relatively limited offerings, but it was presented beautifully and delicious.

Ideal family hotel
Pros:

2 connecting rooms for our family, comfy beds, super shower, very good breakfast including scrambled eggs and top location with nice bistro's around the corner.

Cons:

Toilet next to entrance, so during the night I had to go through the childrens room. Bathroom without a toilet next to our bathroom, so not practical. Further everything perfect.
