Good hotel to explore Paris
Pros:

Based on reviews i was prepared to have all kind of bad things, but i was positively surprised.
Good location (if you prefer the Montmarte area).
Excellent reception.
Did not choose the breakfast, as there was a very nice cafe nearby.
Quiet room (nr 54).
Bathroom was renovated, otherwise it was visible that hotel is old, but that is typical in those kind of houses. I had no issues.
Comfortable beds, but too short for me.
Of course you have to expect that in that neighbourhood the you do not get as good hotel as you get in Tokyo for 100 euros. So if you get good price for your reservation, then i can recommend that hotel.

Cons:

Beds, pillows and blankets were comfortable, but bed and blanket were too short. My height is 185 cm, and both the bed and blanket seemed to be around 180-190 instead of a typical 200 cm. Maybe that was specific to that room
Otherwise i slept well.

Posizione ottima, in zona tranquilla e sicura, vicino alla metro e a pochi passi da Montmartre. Staff presente in reception tutta la notte, ascensore, camera piccola, ma pulita e calda.

Très bien !
Pros:

Le personnel était sympa ! Bon petit déjeuner ! Proche du lieux où l'on devait aller. Pas bruillant, aucune difficultés à s'endormir. Cétait très bien.

Cons:

Le fait que ce soit au 6ème étage, et que l'ascensseur était un peu petit pour trois personnes. Mais bon ce sont de vieux immeubles, on peut pas tout avoir !

Second Great Stay at this Hotel
Pros:

We were given a lovely room on the 5th floor with a great view of the Sacre Coeur and we could also see the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is clean and comfortable and staff were very helpful, allowing us early check-in on arrival. And best of all is the location. Perfect for Montmartre, Gare du Nord and the metro.

Cons:

Nothing - everything was great.
