Convenient location. Friendly staff. Small and cozy boutique hotel with floral interior deign and a nice terrace in the middle. Room is not big but okayish to get around.

C'est une honte de mettre 4 étoiles à un établissement biscornu, vieillot, moquette d'une propreté douteuse, chambre minuscule (bien que surclassée), salle de bain moisie, ascenseur minuscule, Chaleur épouvantable sans possibilité de baisser la température, un sachet de tisane offert.
Our stay at Hotel Bienvenue was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive, making us feel truly welcome from the first moment. The rooms were stunning, and the interior design of the hotel was beautiful and very asthetic. We felt completely comfortable and lacked nothing during our four-day stay. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!
Lovely little boutique hotel in nice area. Comfortable room.The only negatives were that you could smell cigarette smoke from the courtyard (or someone’s room) in the evening and the foot traffic of the hotel was loud, Not a hotel for light sleepers.
We stayed at the Hotel Bienvenue for two nights (we were only in Paris for less than 48 hours) and it was the perfect location (it's a short 15 minute walk from Gare du Nord and is near two Metro lines). It was clean, the room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. There was a personalized note from the GM waiting for us when we arrived which I thought was a very professional/nice touch. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful - clearly very experienced with handling customers and anticipating needs. Like many European hotels, the elevator is tiiny which might give Americans pause. We will 100% stay here again next time we are in Paris.

Das Zimmer war komfortabel.
I really liked my room, the bed was really comfortable. However, the shower door was stuck and came off the hinge on top of me in the shower on the last morning. Plus the toilet had no water in it to flush on the 2nd morning. Room 406. I told reception, she said sorry but made no effort to compensate.

The hotel is easy accessible by Metro, personnel is friendly and most important it is clean and offers a quite night's sleep. Breakfast is abundant and good too.
