Perfect!
Pros:

Perfect location on the 7 line, very clean and comfortable with air conditioning and a Nespresso machine. Loads of good affordable restaurants within a few minutes on foot.

Below expectations
Pros:

The hotel is in a very convenient location, with two Metro stations within easy walking distance. The neighborhood itself is pleasantly quiet, and we had no problems of any kind during our stay. The hotel is functional, but, judged against the expectations attached to its four-stars, it falls somewhat short. The common areas, particularly the lobby and garden, are attractive and well designed, and the front-desk staff were consistently courteous, helpful, and professional.
The rooms, however, are the weak point. The furniture and overall décor feel distinctly dated, and the level of maintenance does not quite match what one would reasonably expect from a hotel in this category. The room was adequately clean, although nothing particularly remarkable.
The real problem was the bathroom: there was a persistent sewer-like odor. This is not a minor aesthetic issue. For a four-star hotel, I find it difficult to regard this as acceptable.

Pleasant hotel
Pros:

The rooms were nice and the location worked out to be very handy and not too touristy .. especially loved Rue Des Martyrs once I found it! .

Cons:

Nobody gave me any hints of what to in the area and I was there a whole week!
The whole place was quite shabby; window boxes full of cigarette butts, dirty carpets on stairs , loos not flushing , needs a bit of maintenance

Cute decor but dated hotel.
Pros:

I liked the decor and the diptique products

Cons:

Very dated, worn out carpets, bathroom had some mold, the girl who checked me in was not helpful at all and kind of had an attitude. I will stay the evening/ night staff were super helpful and friendly and I stayed in the end.

We loved access to different food and closeness to many different attractions.
Pros:

Absolute favorite was the the patio/garden. Loved the decor and the Parisian vibe/style. The neighborhood was great and easy access to public transportation.

Cons:

Could have been a little cleaner the floor in the lobby area and the patio was always wet from the watering of the flower pots. I was beautiful other than that.

Charming Hotel, Great Location
Pros:

This hotel was ideally located and very charming. The room was smaller than expected and slightly worn. But we very much enjoyed the common areas and beautiful courtyard.
