We stayed here for a total of four nights on two different occasions a week apart. First, the location is 10 stars. We had so much fun staying in the lively Quartier Latin and there are tons of restaurants just steps away along with grocery stores, shops, etc. Notre Dame and the Seine are a 5 to 10-minute walk. We also walked to the Louvre, the Jardin du Luxembourg, Musee d'Orsay, and even the Eiffel Tower. The latter is a 40-minute walk but there's lots to see on the way. The hotel is easily walkable to a few different Metro stations as well.
As for the hotel itself, I would fully recommend it but I'm giving it four stars instead of five for a couple of reasons listed below. The lobby is nicely appointed and the staff is friendly and speaks English very well if necessary. The elevator is handy and arrives quickly. We loved the ability to open the giant w4indows and let the breeze blow in. The rooms were clean. No issues there.
The main issue is the rooms are very small. I have rarely stayed in a hotel room that small and we have traveled a lot. I highly recommend the upgrade to a larger room so you have a place to put your suitcase. We stayed in two different rooms and the one with a balcony was worth the extra because of the extra square feet. Second, although a small quibble, they don't provide as many products for the price point as I'd expect. There is a small tube of body lotion and a dispenser of body wash/shampoo in the shower. Shampoo and conditioner would be a nice upgrade for $300 a night. The third issue is something that didn't bother us but is worth noting. The noise coming from the street (garbage trucks, people yelling, etc.) can be loud. I like street noise personally, but it did wake me up a couple of times.
I wish breakfast was included. The 14-euro breakfast was just continental and we didn't eat it because there are so many creperies and other restaurants nearby. I've stayed at many hotels at this price point and most included a simple continental breakfast.
A bonus--the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel was delicious and one of the best meals we ate in Paris. I highly recommend the burrata appetizer with the mango and avocado. Sounds weird, but it was good!
Overall, way more good than bad!
Loved the location. Staff were helpful and amazing. The showered while tiny was impressive. The beds were comfy.
Super thin walls. Your neughbours snoring is like they are in the same room.

Merci pour l'accueil et le sourire~ cela a vraiment rendu mon séjour agréable.
On n'y peut rien mais le bruit de la rue, difficile pour dormir alors mieux vaut prendre vos boules quies...
My family of four stayed in a junior suite on the 6th floor. It was perfect for us! We had the sofa pulled out into two twin beds and still had room to move around without being on top of each other. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Best of all, it was right near the RER B that got us to/from CDG and Gare du Nord, RER C to Eiffel Tower, the metro for everything else, and walking distance to so many things. We stayed with kids and so it was great to have so many casual restaurants and at least two food markets within a one block walk.
One note - there's plenty of privacy in the suite. When I booked the room months ago I hesitated and almost didn't because I saw an older review that talked about there being little privacy except for the toilet. I'm glad I ignored that and booked it anyway because that wasn't the case in 2026. The shower has a door and the upstairs bedroom has curtains that can be pulled shut to block the view from the downstairs (not that my kids looked up from their phones when unwinding after exhausting days of sightseeing).
Bed was comfy. Ability to open window. Location.
Cramped room and bathroom. Poor charging points.
Il letto comodo
Il bagno da rimodernare
Otelin konumu harika. Personel güler yüzlü. Odalar temiz, yatakta rahattı.
Oda küçük ama tuvalet çok dar ve küçüktü.
