Hôtel Des Mines

Hotellet lå veldig sentralt mtp Notre Dame, Louvre, Latiner kvartalet, Pathèon, Luxembourg hagen, Seinen. Flere restauranter, kafeer, spisesteder, små supermarkeder i nær beliggenhet. Dette var min første solo-tur og kan virkelig anbefale både Paris, området jeg bodde i og hotellet.Aldri på noe tidspunkt følte jeg meg utrygg. Paris kommer jeg garantert tilbake til og Hotel des Mines vil definitivt stå på listen over overnattingssted. Et tips, frokost på sengen var helt magisk.

Location was very good, close to Luxembourg Park

A cama mega confortável, o hotel é lindo. Recepção 24h , a localização é perfeita, bairro calmo e seguro. Perto de metrô e do jardim de Luxemburgo, tem mercado e tudo perto.

We had a really good stay at Hotel des Mines overall, and the biggest advantage is definitely the location. It was very convenient for getting around Paris and made it easy to come back to the hotel during the day when we needed a break. For us, the location was one of the main reasons the stay worked so well.

The staff were also very friendly and helpful, and the general service throughout our stay was good. The room itself was quite small, but that was more or less what we expected for a hotel in central Paris, so it wasn't really an issue for us. Everything was comfortable and the room had what we needed.

There were a couple of downsides. We weren't able to get an early check-in, although obviously this depends on availability. More unusually, the fire alarm went off twice at around 7:30am, and everyone had to evacuate the building early in the morning. It was pretty disruptive, especially happening twice.

We also noticed that when our room was cleaned, our towels weren't replaced and the used cups weren't changed. I'm not sure whether this was just an oversight during our stay, but it would have been nice for those things to be refreshed as part of the housekeeping.

Aside from those issues, though, we were happy with the hotel. The staff were lovely, the location was excellent, and it was a comfortable base for exploring Paris. I would still recommend it, particularly if location is your priority.

Super friendly and attentive. They speak english and some employees also spanish which was great :) they answered to any questions and needs I would have. Everything super clean and the breakfast buffet 10/10

The location of the Hotel was very good, it was just a little walk away from the Luxembourg RER/Metro station and in a walking distance from the inner city. The room was cozy and clean, the bed was very comfortable, the whole atmosphere of the hotel was very nice and charming. The breakfast was delicious and loved the french pastries and home made butter and joughurts. The staff was helpful and friendly. We'll come back next time for sure!
