Atendimento dos funcionários e limpeza.

Cons:

Café da manhã razoável e o banheiro é péssimo para quem tem mais de 1,70 m de altura, além de um micro elevador em que duas pessoas ficam apertadas lá dentro.

Charming hotel in a great area.
Pros:

We have stayed in Paris many times but this hotel is one of our favourites. It’s located in a lovely area, a close walk to the metro or the river which allows you to explore all the main attractions. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby too.
It’s a small hotel with a friendly feel and the staff are so helpful. We were travelling with elderly parents who were gluten free and they were happy to provide suitable products for breakfast which was a great help.
A great stay in a charming hotel.

I visited Paris several times, this hotel has the best location for tourists.
Pros:

I like the location of this hotel. This hotel is very close from RER station. There is a beautiful park, Luxembourg Park, which is nice for picnics. I visited Notre Dame Cathedral in the morning (8:30 am), walking distance from this hotel, no waiting line. Just walk right in !!!

Cons:

I stayed 8 nights at this hotel, 3 different dates. Some room has bath tub, not shower. I preferred to have a shower.

Pros:

This hotel is in good location for any transportation mode. I used a bus next morning to go to the Gare I'Est to catch a TGV to Strasburg. It worked out good.

Unbearable Conditions
Pros:

The staff was very nice and tried to accommodate us the best they could despite the horrible conditions of the hotel. The location wasn't too bad.

Cons:

I didnt like that the showers were so small despite the fact that Im petite. There wasn't any air conditioning even though they said they provided same. When I wrote to management they didnt compensate me the same amount as my w friends for the same exact situation and stay despite the fact that Im the one who had the stroke abd has the disability.

Very friendly and hospitable. I would definitely return. Everything I needed for my short stay.
Pros:

I had a lovely short stay. Perfect location for me as I was visiting friends and revisiting some tourist sights.

Cons:

The lift was not working.

5 flight of stairs with heavy luggages…for the duration of our 6 days stay!
Pros:

Location and AC are excellent ! Staff also very helpful.

Cons:

No working elevator and rooms are super tiny and not practical…there are ways to make even a small room more practical
