Bien pour personne seule, mais légère amélioration dans l’entretien de la salle de bain à prévoir.
Pros:

L emplacement de l hôtel est très bien. Le petit déjeuner (disponible jusqu à 11h) est très correct

Cons:

La taille de la chambre était vraiment très petite, je ne recommande pas pour un couple, peut être y a t il d autres chambres plus grandes au dernier étage.
Un effort devrait être fait sur l entretien de la salle de bain.( joints noircis, alu des douches douteux)

Pros:

Ubicación perfecta, cerca de todo a 10 minutos caminando del Louvre. La recomiendo, a pesar de que la habitación para dos personas era pequeña y la puerta del baño era "corrediza" pero en general, la ubicación es lo más importante.

Cons:

La puerta que se movía del baño, ideal que hubiese sido una puerta "tradicional" lo que te da más privacidad. Sobre todo si van dos personas.

Pros:

The staff was very nice and allowed us to drop off our luggage’s early even though we could not check in. The location was also pretty good and had several restaurants and attractions near walking distance. It felt very safe where we were at. I also appreciated that staff would do house cleaning every day.

Cons:

The room was much smaller than expected and I kept having issues trying to get in. The key would work half of the time and I would have to constantly try to get the door to open with the key. I notified staff but whenever they tried it the door would automatically work. Towards the end I figured how to maneuver the door knob so it would work but it was very frustrating.

It works for who plans to spend the majority of the time out and about.
Pros:

The location is very convenient for commuting to and from the airport, to visit touristic attractions and to reach many buildings and labs of the main Universities (which was the main purpose of my trip to Paris). The staff was really friendly.

Cons:

Villa des Princes is exactly what you would expect from a 2 start hotel in Paris city centre, though the price is on the high side for what it offers. The room is basic, quite small and with just the necessary to live for a few days. Not much space for storage and zero amenities except for the hand soap and shower gel. The hotel facilities are also basic and a bit dated. Breakfast was also quite simple. The cleaning could be largely improved.

It was freaking dirty. Hairs, dust, stinks. We did not even changed clothes as we were feeling the dustiness. Nowhere near recommending this.

Pros:

Lo mejor la ubicación.Hotel idóneo para estancias cortas en las que uses el hotel fundamentalmente para descansar tras visitar la ciudad. Zona muy tranquila pero con muchos establecimientos cercanos para desayunar y cenar. Cama cómoda.

Cons:

La habitación y el baño muy pequeños pero bien decorados.
Si se te olvida poner la tarjeta de que ya pueden hacer la habitación, no la hacen.
