Bar-restaurant en bas de l'hôtel avec clients dans la rue et certainement la porte ouverte et impossible de dormir avant 1H du matin malgré la fenêtre fermée. D'ailleurs, il est totalement anormal que ce soit aux clients de l'hôtel de s'enfermer pour réduire le bruit par ces chaleurs. Aucun réceptionniste la nuit à l'hôtel pour rappeler au voisin de diminuer le bruit dans la rue. Aucun geste commercial pour tenter de compenser...

We stayed here from August 12th to 14th, and it was easily the worst experience of our three-week trip across Europe.
There was no Wi-Fi, but no one bothered to inform us at check-in—I only found out after going down to reception to ask for the password. The breakfast was very poor, and when the coffee machine broke, they offered no alternatives other than hot water and tea. The front desk staff could have at least given us a heads-up, but they simply did not care.
To top it off, the room was extremely small with a dark, dirty carpet, and the air conditioning unit was desperately in need of maintenance. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for a place to stay.

There was no internet

There’s a few repairs needed but I guess that’s to be expected given the age of the property! It’s not off putting though if you just need a clean hospitable place to stay for a few nights.

The room is very small, so unpacking my suitcase was challenging. There is no air conditioning. There is very little daylight because the window is very small and faces the courtyard.

The bedding had stains that had not been properly washed out.

Purtroppo, durante la permanenza si sono verificati gravi e inaccettabili disservizi che hanno compromesso la qualità del soggiorno e comportato costi aggiuntivi non dovuti.
In particolare, segnalo quanto segue:
1. Mancata erogazione della colazione inclusa/pagata: Nonostante la colazione fosse regolarmente inclusa nel prezzo pagato, il servizio è risultato di fatto inesistente per l'intera durata del soggiorno. Nello specifico:
o La macchina del caffè/cappuccino era guasta ed erogava unicamente acqua calda.
o Il tostapane era rotto.
o Mancavano del tutto alimenti di base come croissant e pane, rendendo impossibile consumare o bere qualsiasi cosa. Solo l'ultimo giorno l'addetto al ricevimento si è limitato a mettere a disposizione un termos con acqua calda e del caffè solubile. Di conseguenza, siamo stati costretti a fare colazione ogni giorno al di fuori della struttura, sostenendo ulteriori costi extra rispetto a quanto già saldato.
2. Mancanza del servizio Wi-Fi: All'arrivo ci è stato comunicato che la connessione Wi-Fi non era funzionante e che non vi era alcuna intenzione di ripristinarla. Il servizio è rimasto del tutto assente per l'intero soggiorno.
3. Scarsa pulizia delle camere
Nonostante abbia ripetutamente contattato il servizio clienti di booking, non ho mai ricevuto alcun riscontro e pertanto ho inviato a mezzo pec una formale richiesta di rimborso dell'importo relativo al servizio colazione pagato e non fruito

The lift is tiny barely fits one person let alone any extra luggage, the rooms also are very small.
