If you want sleep, please select another place.
Pros:

It’s a pretty place, small but new and cleaned.

Cons:

It’s very noisy! You can ear the metro starting at 4am to 1am all the days. It’s impossible to sleep!

Charming place, clean, friendly staff, and thoughtful birthday balloons!
Pros:

Such a cute design of the place, super clean, convenient elevator, bag storage, and great staff. They left me balloons for my birthday, which was a sweet and thoughtful touch.

Cons:

Shower had no door and needed a little better coverage to keep water from getting on the floor. Some noise from what seemed like the subway.

Cafe next door - could hear music and coffee making from 7:15am.

A charming, charismatic little hotel in a wonderful location.
Pros:

Location was perfect - on a lovely quiet little street and just a ten minute walk to the Seine. The room was beautifully clean and was made up every day. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Nice touches like little bonbons and fresh filtered bottled water provided.

Cons:

We were extremely happy with La Folie des Pres, so it is hard to think of negatives. We heard some rumbling noise from the Metro underground - but this stops during the night. And honestly, what can one expect from the centre of Paris?! The staircase was quite narrow and winding but again, this is an old Parisian building.
