the location is excellent, walk around the corner and you are at the Eiffel Tower.

Great location and value, clean and helpful staff!
Pros:

Location was great, facade of building was being renovated and scaffolding in front of it but still was great. Carrefour conveniently located next to hotel, wash and dry place around the corner, boulangerie nearby too, fresh fruits and OJ stall nearby, walk to Eiffel Tower and Napoleon’s tomb 12 minutes away. Staff were great, specially Farid, very helpful. Only thing was elevator was super tiny, literally for 3 people with no luggage, not a big deal honestly. I would recommend and stay again when visiting Paris.

Fabulous location with a balcony!
Pros:

Bathroom was updated, the pink toilet paper was fun. Beds were comfortable, loved the balcony. Although very small, the hotel did have an elevator. Walking distance to everything you could need, even a small grocery store was very close.

Cons:

Would have appreciated a few more outlets in the room, mostly for charging phones.
It was unfortunate that during our stay, on the last night, we had scaffolding on our balcony. The hotel had warned us that there would be renovations on the building when we were there, however, it did not block our view of the street nor dampen our visit.

Ottima posizione centrale a 800m dalla torre eiffel e attaccata alla metro 8. La consiglio soprattutto per questo

La cosa ottima è la posizione attaccata alla metro, nonostante i lavori alla struttura abbiamo dormito bene e senza rumori molesti.

Cons:

Purtroppo ascensore un po’ piccolo, non si entrava con le valigie
