Great location. Tight accommodations.
Pros:

Great location. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Cons:

Room was exceptionally small.

The bathroom in the room was the tiniest I’ve ever experienced. Part of the wall was cut out just so a guest could have a place for their knees/legs while using the toilet. Way too tight overall.

My room was on the first floor by the elevator. So there always loud external noises because the walls are thin.

The WiFi was unreliable.

Very disappointing.
Pros:

The room had A/C which during a heatwave was very much appreciated
The location is decent - close to the Eiffel Tower.
They let us keep our luggage in the hotel before and after checking in/out.

Cons:

The biggest disappointment was feeling misled by the room description on Booking.com. The listing described a double room with both a balcony and a garden view, and the photos clearly showed a room with a balcony. You can therefore imagine our disappointment when we arrived to find that our room had neither. Instead, we were given a very small room with a window facing an internal courtyard, nowhere near as appealing as the room advertised in the photos. When we raised the issue with reception, we were told that not all rooms include a balcony and that this needed to be specifically requested at the time of booking. However, this was not clearly stated anywhere on the listing, or at least not in any obvious way. Despite receiving what was clearly an inferior room, we were still charged the same rate.
