Exceptional Experience at Hotel de la Paix Tour Eiffel
Pros:

My husband and I had an exceptional experience at Hotel De La Paix Tour Eiffel. The location is superb (close to wonderful sights, shops, restaurants, transportation), and our room on the inner courtyard was perfect and comfortable. It was exceptionally quiet and the bed as comfortable for sleeping as the very best. And all the people at the hotel were exceptionally kind and helpful. Unfortunately my husband became ill in the middle of the night, and the night manager helped us navigate the urgent care services, first talking with a doctor on the telephone, who then advised we take an ambulance to a nearby hospital emergency room. And the hotel was so kind and accommodating when we needed to stay extra days for him to recuperate. All in all, an exceptional experience. We will be eager to return. Thank you to everyone at Hotel de la Paix Tour Eiffel!

A wonderful stay and outstanding service
Pros:

I stayed at Hotel de la Paix in Paris this past March, and honestly, it was such a great experience. The atmosphere felt really welcoming from the start, and the staff were genuinely kind and attentive without ever feeling over the top.

What really meant a lot to me was how they handled that I accidentally left a bag behind after I checked out. I was pretty stressed about it, but Alexei and Jean were especially helpful throughout the whole process. They were kind, patient, and reassuring, and they made everything feel much less stressful than it could have been. I’m really grateful for the way they took care of it.

Also, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, such a nice way to start each day!

It’s little things like that that make a place stand out. You can tell they really care about their guests. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

They tried to charge us extra money

Cons:

Lift , reception. They tried to charge me breakfast. We did not have breakfast at the hotel for 2 reasons : we woke up around 11 am when the breakfast finished and we decided to have it outside on the corner in. Cafe . This morning while the check out was told I own a breakfast

Pros:

The best "compact" hotel in an old city centre that I know. Usually there are some inconveniences in such hotels but i couldn't find any here.

Great hotel in great location.
Pros:

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel twice in a row because it is so good! Great location near many amazing restaurants, the amazing Rue Cler, Eiffel Tower, easy access to anywhere in town. PLUS it is very quiet….the best of both worlds. The staff is very helpful and genuinely want to help you have a great stay. The staff are amazingly welcoming nice and helpful.

Pros:

Nice and cozy place right near the Tour Eiffel! The stuff is amazing: a wonderful guy organized the breakfast for me at 06:00 (even out of usual time schedule)! Thanks a lot one more time!
