Pros:

On m’a changé d’hôtel. J’ai passé la nuit au Est Hôtel boulevard Magenta. Propre , personnel correct et aimable, par contre la fenêtre ne fermait pas correctement. Il aurait suffi de la pousser de l’extérieur depuis le toit terrasse pour l’ouvrir. Pour une nuit ça va mais pas plus

Bettwanzen

Nettes Personal.

Cons:

Wir hatten Bettwanzen und verließen daraufhin sofort die Unterkunft. Es hieß, wir bekommen eine Rückerstattung, darauf warte ich aber immernoch und die Kommunikation ist äußerst schwierig. Das Problem scheint bekannt zu sein, da sowohl das Personal sehr entspannt auf die Beschwerde reagierte als auch andere Hotels das als bekanntes Problem darstellten. Die Kabel hingen aus der Wand und die Lampen genauso. Letztere funktionierten offensichtlich auch nicht.

If you love yourself, find another hotel.
Pros:

It is close to the Gare du Nord. But this is the one and only advantage.

Cons:

This hotel should not be listed on Booking.com. The room I got (for 92 euros one day) was dirty, ugly, full of mold on the walls, mainly in the toilet. There was torn wall paper hanging off the wall, hair from someone else in the shower, scratches at the roof... I entered and left in 5 minutes, searching for another hotel. The corridors are used as storages, and are really scary.

In the center of transportation, moyen mais economique

Very well placed, everything that an average tourist needs is very close

Manque de propreté qui mets mal à l’aise
Pros:

L’emplacement et le personnel

Cons:

On nous donne une chambre avec une salle de bain SANS porte ? on change donc de chambre et cette fois ci une chambre avec deux lits un plus bas que l’autre, des taches sur les draps, des poils dans la baignoire, une baignoire bouchée…
Heureusement que notre séjour n’a duré que deux nuits car c’était horrible.

Pros:

We got relocated to the sister hotel as it had been overbooked however the staff were very helpful with the relocation. The hotel was very close to Paris Nord which was convenient.

Very very dirty, sticky grounds and Bedbugs!!!!
Pros:

That it was easily reachable because of it being in the centre of paris.

Cons:

Bedbugs!!!! I don't like te be eaten by them; and possibly take them home with me. Told the receptionist about it and gave me the contact address for a money return. But they haven't replied yet....
