Overall, it was good due to the location and staff but the bed completely ruined my stay.
Pros:

The staff were really nice and friendly. Much appreciated service and friendliness from the staff.

Cons:

I booked a double bed room, the room seemed to have a double bed, but it felt like two single beds were joined together, which felt very uncomfortable to sleep on at night. It was hard to have a good night's sleep.

Situation parfaite pour des visiteurs arrivant de la gare du nord ou de l'est
Pros:

Emplacement idéal entre gare du nord et gare de l'est, tout près du métro. Lieu agréable et calme, personnel accueillant, chambre confortable.

Cons:

Peut-être un peu plus de choix pour le petit déjeuner? Du salé, notamment?

Un accueil irréprochable : la réceptionniste est aux petits soins, ce qui fait véritablement la différence dans cet établissement. Le cadre est agréable, avec une belle terrasse arborée qui invite à la détente.

Cons:

Présence de moisissures dans la salle de bain, aussi bien sur les murs que sous le lavabo. La porte coulissante était également sale, avec des traces et des cheveux.

Llegamos después de que Le Patio du Marais nos dejara literalmente tiradas, con una reserva que no se correspondía con la realidad y sin ofrecer ninguna solución. La falta de respuesta tanto por parte del alojamiento como de Booking fue absolutamente decepcionante y nos generó un perjuicio económico importante.

En este contexto, encontrar el Hotel Nord Est fue un alivio. Un espacio cómodo, cálido y limpio donde poder descansar con tranquilidad después de una situación muy desagradable.

El personal fue especialmente amable y cercano, algo que marca totalmente la diferencia. El desayuno, además, buenísimo.

Es cierto que algunas zonas comunes podrían mejorar en mantenimiento y limpieza, pero la experiencia general ha sido muy positiva.

Muy recomendable, especialmente si valoras el trato humano y la tranquilidad.

Very convenient location - less than 5 mins from Gare du Nord. I would stay again.

Entrance through private front garden felt safe.
Rooms were great, good value if booked far enough in advance.
