Very poor experience

Cons:

Using a key for an old door that doesn’t lock nor open properly. Spent 5-10 mins trying to open or close, no water in the room, the lady at reception who was on duty at night on (04/04/26) was not friendly, not helpful at all. No hospitality. Everything was just poor, poor facilities especially, unkept and very old. Very small. Regretted spending my money there.
Worst hotel I’ve stayed in, in a very long time.

Overall, the hotel is very disappointing, with significant issues in comfort, maintenance, and basic functionality.
Pros:

The hotel’s location is excellent and the staff are very courteous. I think that’s the only positive aspect I can highlight about the hotel.

Cons:

The room is extremely small—barely enough space for two people, with no room for luggage. The bed is small, dusty, and the sheets are yellowed. The bathroom has a terrible drainage system, and the water was cold for most of the day, forcing us to limit showers to nighttime. There are no proper power outlets by the bed, and the light switch awkwardly placed on the headboard led to accidental lights turning on during the night.

The air conditioning, which is centrally controlled, did not work properly and was stuck at an uncomfortably warm temperature. As a result, we had to sleep with the window open for seven days, even with freezing temperatures outside. The room is located behind a fire door, with dusty carpeting, and overall feels poorly maintained. The lighting is also very bad—dim and inadequate.

Additionally, the elevator is extremely small and cramped, making it nearly impossible for more than one person with luggage to use it at the same time.

Overall, the hotel is very disappointing, with significant issues in comfort, maintenance, and basic functionality.

My stay at TimHotel was very pleasant, as I feel the kind staff made it that much more special
Pros:

Very impressed with the friendly Staff. They were all so helpful and kind and made me feel welcomed.
Location was perfect - not far from the Eiffel Tower, great places to eat in the area, excellent pastry shop across the street
I did not partake in the breakfast as I wanted to explore more on the outside of eateries.
Rooms were a bit too small but it was ok for me as I adjusted. I loved being able to open my window in the late evening and early mornings and poking my head out and view the street scenery. bathroom took some adjusting to but was doable.

Cons:

No Complaints - I am very happy with my stay and if I ever go back to Paris TimHotel will be my choice.

Posizione è ottima. Pochi minuti da Torre Eiffel, vicino metro, bar, caffetterie, ristoranti, negozi alimentari... Qualità e prezzo del hotel soddisfacente.

Cons:

L'unica cosa che non mi piaciuta e ascensore 😄. Mi è capitata la camera attaccata al ascensore e da li tutti rumori che giorno che di notte. Non si dorme con rumore continuo🫪.
