Mi spiace non poter dare anche la lode, oltre il 10. Hotel di grande livello, non solo per la posizione e la vista del castello.
Camera elegante, funzionale e confortevole.
Personale professionale e cortese. Ottimi il buffet e soprattutto la cena con un rapporto prezzo/qualita' eccezionale. Sul momento ho pensato ad un errore nel conto....troppo basso ! Invece era corretto...incredibile !

Noisy in afternoon and evening - so not such a good place for me.
Pros:

I appreciated the friendliness of some staff (the woman on reception who gave me a bag so I could carry my computer in the rain, the cleaner who was worried about disturbing me). When I reported that the deadlock on my room was broken, the receptionist came up to look at it the next day so I guess it will be fixed for the next guest. It is right by the Este castle.

Cons:

The biggest problem was noise. All afternoon and evening the cafes on the square played loud music. Even with the windows shut, the noise made it impossible to relax/sleep - and it was a very warm period, so I would have liked to have them open. (People talking, shouting is ok, and expected in a city - but it was also noisy from that.) The hotel was also very crowded with a tour group who, it seemed, took priority at breakfast and dinner. It would have been good to be told I needed to book a table on the first evening for example.

Pros:

Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, sauberes und modernes Zimmer mit großzügigem Bad (Dusche und WC). Reichhaltiges Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und super Service.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war auf Stockwerken verteilt:
- eine kleine Eingangsebene samt sehr kleinem Schrank - wir waren zum Glück nur 1 Nacht dort, sonst hätte es nicht gereicht
- eine Ebene mit Bett und Schreibtisch samt angrenzendem Bad.
