tolle lage, schönes hotel und tolle zimmer

Cons:

personal fanden wir wenig service-orientiert oder hilfsbereit. beim frühstück wurde nicht nach bestellung gefragt und beim auschecken bot niemand hilfe mit den fahrrädern an. diese wäre willkommen gewesen, da die räder so verkanntet vom personal eingestellt wurden, dass wir sie fast nicht mehr alleine rausgekriegt haben.

Le mura raccontano, l'acqua riflette. Incanto ferrarese .

In sintesi direi che sono davvero soddisfatto anche perché all'arrivo ci hanno dato la camera in anticipo e per di più con upgrade alla suite ove insiste una finestra attraverso la quale anche dal letto si osserva il castello. Bravi

Szuper jó szálloda csodás helyen.
Pros:

Elegáns, tiszta szálloda kiváló helyen. A reggeli étlapról rendelős volt, bőséges választékkal. Legközelebb biztosan megint itt szállunk meg.

Cons:

A reggelinél nem tudtunk több mindent megkóstolni, mert rendelni kellett, de egyébként tökéletes volt.
