Excellently situated hotel for visiting Ferrara
Pros:

Well situated in the historical centre. The room was confortable. The breakfast was good, typical of an Italian hotel.
The situation of the hotel was perfect for visiting Ferrara and there were very good restaurants around. We used the parking voucher supplied by the hotel and found a space very near to the hotel.

très bien placé face au château ; à proximité des endroits à visiter ; beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner

Cons:

femme de chambre pas très attentive : j'ai dû signaler à la réception qu'elle ne lavait pas les tasses et les verres, ne remplaçait pas les sachets de thé

Bestmögliches Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Ferrara!
Pros:

Zentrale Lage - direkt gegenüber dem Castel und der Innenstadt. Sehr freundlicher Service, komfortable Zimmer, schönes Frühstücks-Büffet und alles wirkt sehr luxuriös.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay, with excellent location, breakfast, a comfy bed, generous staff

The location was excellent, right across the street from the castle. The staff was excellent, extremely helpful. The breakfast was very tasty with excellent service.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little tight, and the bathroom fan was very loud. The Wi-Fi kept disconnecting and had weak signal. My room was in the secondary building, not the main building.

Ferrara is beautiful and it was a privilege to be so near the castle

Exceptional location, comfortable room

Cons:

Arriving v. difficult as so many streets were closed at the time. Parking was some way away and again, had to drive miles to get back to the hotel

Läge. Helt magisk läge. Väldigt snygg interiör. Personlig hjälp från receptionen. Man känner att alla som jobbar där är stolta över sitt hotell och sin stad.

Cons:

Jag hade avloppslukt på natten i mitt rum. Vet inte om det kom utifrån eller från toaletten men vaknade tio i tre på natten av att jag ville spy. Vaknade och kände stanken - som att simma i ett hav av avföring. Ökade ACn och somnade för jag var dödstrött. På morgonen var lukten borta.

Good hotel, nice rooms and great breakfast — we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Spacious and light room, very clean, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast is amazing and the staff are friendly. The location is perfect — in the city centre, close to the museums and to good restaurants.

Cons:

A few things could be better. The hot water in the shower has low pressure. At breakfast it was not clear that some dishes are not on the buffet and you have to order them from the waiter — nobody told us this. The hotel offers bicycles for free, but they are in poor condition: the tires were almost empty, some parts were loose, and all bikes are the same size, which is not comfortable for a person of 1.8 m.
