Overall stay was great. Location was great. Service was excellent.
Pros:

Reception young lady was just as sweet as could be. Also the young man at night was very sweet. Such nice people!

Cons:

Can’t be helped, but the shower and elevator were small.

Pros:

I really liked the stuff that works there. Very friendly people and helped with everything. Very good location close to the metro. It was clean and calm. Nice view.

Cons:

Il y avait une odeur nauseabonde dans la salle de bain, tout le temps dans l'après-midi, mais elle était présente de nouveau le soir et le matin. Alors que c'était propre, sûrement un gros problème de canalisation des eaux usées. On en a fait part, mais à part le ménage qui était fait toujours cette odeur.
Chambre sur boulevard, fenêtres mal isolées.
Ascenseur pour 2 et juste avec 2 sacs(très petit)

Locatie beviel goed.
Ook fijn dat er altijd iemand bij de receptie is. Ze zijn erg hulpvaardig!

Cons:

Ontbijt was goed maar mogelijkheden beperkter dan ik had verwacht.

Pros:

Emplacement parfait pour visiter la ville, à pied ou avec les transports.
Le personnel très accueillant, je voyageais seule et ils m'ont fait me sentir parfaitement à l' aise.

Cons:

Ayant des intolérances alimentaires, j' aurais aimé un peu plus de choix pour le petit déjeuner.
Mais je reconnais que tout a été préparé au mieux possible de la part du personnel.
J' ai quand même passé un bon séjour, et je pense bien y retourner pour mes prochains passages à Paris

Bien
Pros:

Accueil très chaleureux à notre arrivée. personne charmante et à l'écoute.

Cons:

Nous voyagions pour fêter les 80 ans de ma mère qui a eu une chambre au 6ème étage agréable et très calme, ce qui lui a permis de bien dormir. Par contre la chambre que j'occupais au 1er étage donnait côté boulevard et était donc très bruyante. mais ce n'était que pour 1 nuit et l'hôtesse nous aurait donné une autre chambre si nous étions restées plus longtemps.
