Pros:

La struttura era moderna e il personale molto gentile. Posizione non centralissima ma l'hotel era ben collegato ai mezzi (giusto 5 Min a piedi per la metro) e in una zona tranquilla

Ontbijt was goed en verzorgd, personeel heel vriendleijk

Cons:

kamers en badkamer waren zeer klein, te weinig beweegruimte. Snachts ook last van nachtlawaai.

La atención del personal fue maravillosa. No hablamos francés y ellos tuvieron toda la disposición de colaborarnos en todo. Mérito especial para Cathy del restaurante. El desayuno muy bueno.

Pros:

Réservation de dernière minute dans cet hôtel qui nous a comblé.
L accueil à notre arrivée par l hôtesse puis le concierge de nuit a été remarquable. Ce dernier a pu même prévoir ma requête pour 1 petit déjeuner sans gluten.
Les chambres sont propres ainsi que l ensemble de l établissement.
Je tenais à féliciter l' ensemble du personnel.
Je ne peux que le conseiller.

Pros:

Super pour un court séjour, personnel gentil, emplacement calme, jolie chambre.

Cons:

Chambre petite, salle de bain petite, il ne faut pas avoir de valise car vous ne saurez pas où la poser (mais il y a un placard spacieux).

Goed hotel naast gare de Lyon
Pros:

Goede locatie dichtbij station gare de Lyon. Vriendelijk personeel met een 24/7 receptie. Goed werkende airco en hele fijne douche. Kamer is klein maar fijn, heeft een raam dat open kan en een koelkastje en waterkoker. Bedden sliepen ook goed. Geen last gehad van geluidsoverlast. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Cons:

Hoewel de ligging ideaal is ten opzichte van het station vonden wij de buurt iets minder fijn, al zijn er genoeg leuke restaurants en supermarkten te vinden.
De hygiëne is een verbeterpunt. Over het algemeen was het schoon, alleen zaten er helaas vlekken in de kussensloop en ook bij een handdoek en zat er viezigheid op de douchewand. Wel snel opgelost door personeel.

très agréable tout de même
Pros:

l'emplacement de l'hôtel dans un quartier calme, avec beaucoup d'endroits pour manger ou boire. Près de la gare de Lyon, et près de 2 stations de métro.

Cons:

la chambre était très petite, et la porte coulissante de la salle de bain ne fermait pas bien.

L'emplacement près de la gare de Lyon, le personnel est très agréable. Il y a quelqu'un jour et nuit à la réception. Le service de bagagerie est appréciable. Le petit déjeuner est bien.

Pros:

Das Hotel war zentral gelegen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Check-in war 24/7 verfügbar.

Cons:

Die Grösse des Zimmers war wirklich klein. Es gab kaum Platz sich im Zimmer zu bewegen. Die Dusche war nicht sehr dicht! Wasser kam bis ins Zimmer Schlafzimmer rein.
