Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt angenehm. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, das stets hilfsbereit war und einen positiven Eindruck hinterlassen hat.

Cons:

Dennoch gibt es einige Punkte, die aus unserer Sicht verbessert werden sollten:

Bereits am ersten Morgen lag auf dem frisch gedeckten Frühstückstisch ein schmutziges Messer. Beim Zimmerservice gab es ebenfalls mehrere Mängel. Einmal wurde das Zimmer gar nicht gereinigt – stattdessen wurde erst gegen 15:00 Uhr angeklopft und gefragt, ob wir etwas benötigen. An einem anderen Tag wurde das Bett nicht ordentlich gemacht: Ein Kissen lag auf dem Boden und die Bettdecke wurde lediglich auf das Bett gelegt, anstatt sauber gerichtet zu werden. Außerdem wurde das Toilettenpapier nicht aufgefüllt.

Auch die Sauberkeit des Zimmers ließ leider zu wünschen übrig. An der Decke klebten eine schwarze Feder sowie ein hellrosa Kartonkreis, was einen ungepflegten Eindruck machte. Das Bettzeug wirkte ebenfalls nicht wirklich sauber. Zusätzlich war der Bettdeckenbezug auf einer Seite beschädigt.

Ein weiterer negativer Punkt war der Kühlschrank im Zimmer, der nicht funktionierte. Als wir das Personal darauf aufmerksam machten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass dies in keinem der Zimmer der Fall sei. Gerade bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen wäre ein funktionierender Kühlschrank jedoch wünschenswert gewesen.

Mit etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit bei der Zimmerreinigung und der allgemeinen Qualitätskontrolle könnte der Aufenthalt deutlich verbessert werden, denn das freundliche Personal bietet dafür bereits eine sehr gute Grundlage.

Aufgrund der genannten Mängel würden wir uns über eine angemessene teilweise Rückerstattung des Übernachtungspreises freuen. Wir hoffen, dass unser Feedback dazu beiträgt, die genannten Punkte künftig zu verbessern.

Molt bona ubicació, l’habitació estava molt neta. El personal va ser molt amable i molt servicial.

Très pratique, à quelques pas de la Gare de Lyon, très propre et bien équipé, personnel sympathique. La chambre était parfaite pour une nuit de transit.

Cons:

Insonorisation entre les chambres pas top, et on entend aussi un peu, bien qu'atténués, les bruits de l'extérieur. Mais c'est souvent ainsi dans les grandes villes....

Le prix exorbitant (plus de 200€ la nuit) pour une petite chambre
Le petit déjeuner très réduit avec viennoiseries sèches, pas d’œufs, ni bacon ni pommes de terre, jambon bas de gamme
Devoir franchir quelques marches étroites en virage avec une grosse valise entre l’ascenseur et la chambre

Ottimo per avere un appoggio appena fuori ma comodo a tutto.
Pros:

La struttura è in ottima posizione in una zona tranquilla vicina a diversi locali e market. La metro è a pochi passi e il personale molto gentile anche se non parlano italiano. La camera era non tanto grande ma con un bagno enorme e comunque organizzata molto bene. Comodissimo per chi come noi arriva in treno!

Cons:

Il frigobar in camera non era funzionante e ci è stato detto che nessun frigobar nelle camere funzionava. L unico balconcino non era agibile in quanto c'era penso il motore o generatore di tutti i vari condizionatori o non sò cos'altro.
