Great position
Pros:

The location is perfect for a short walk to the train station, even with too much luggage, it was a bit noisy as the walls seem to be plaster board, but we slept OK, but if your a light sleeper you might want to bear that in mind, can't comment on the breakfast as we had an early start, the wet room in our room was excellent but I'm not sure every room has that.

Cons:

My only down side was there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, I know quite a few hotels don't have this facility abroad but I do think their missing a trick, because we brits, and many others like a hot drink in the morning.
