Hidden gem in 12th arrondissement
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for an entire week and absolutely loved our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly makes it stand out is its perfect location.

Some people might think the 12th arrondissement isn’t ideal, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. The hotel is just two minutes from the metro, which makes getting around incredibly easy. We were only about 20 minutes from the Louvre and Atelier des Lumières, 25 minutes from Montmartre, and around 40 minutes from Versailles. Everything felt within easy reach.

The street and surrounding area are also charming and lively, with lovely shops and small restaurants. Au Tramway, just across the street, is wonderful and definitely worth a visit.

Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, with daily housekeeping that kept everything fresh and tidy. The breakfast was nice and offered a great start to the day. We especially appreciated the free coffee available throughout the entire day — such a thoughtful touch and not something you commonly find.

To sum it up in one sentence: the value for money here is incredible. You simply cannot get a better deal. We would absolutely stay here again!

Chambre triple confortable, calme, bien équipée. Personnel charmant et souriant.
Établissement très bien situé.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est un peu décevant. Un choix assez large mais des produits industriels, d'une qualité moindre.

L'accueil et l'amabilité du personnel et la possibilité de poser les bagages le matin avant de réceptionner la chambre l'après midi.
Chambre de taille correcte, petit déjeuner complet (revoir la qualité de œufs brouillés)

Très bon séjour, apprécié et reposant.
Pros:

La disponibilité du personnel, leurs sourires.
Attitude bienveillante.
La chambre était située côté rue, et n'était pour autant pas bruyante.
L'emplacement a été bien choisi. L'ascenseur pour accéder au 4ème a été apprécié.

Cons:

L'ouverture de la cabine de douche est petite.
Le bruit intérieur du claquement de la porte de l'ascenseur à l'occasion de retours nocturnes tardifs m'a réveillé à 2 reprises.
Il existe pourtant une porte pour isoler du bruit du couloir.

Séjour mitigé…personnel exceptionnel mais environnement bruyant.
Pros:

Le personnel est gentil…mais d’une manière exceptionnelle que je veux que cela soit souligné.

Cons:

L’isolation phonique est exécrable. Vous profitez du brouhaha du blvd Daumesnil et lorsque le voisin de la chambre voisine fait l’amoureux au téléphone avec son rendez-vous Tinder, c’est comme s’il appelait de votre chambre…mais jusqu’à 02h du matin.
