Pros:

I was disappointed to learn that there were remodeled rooms. Upon checking in, I was told that we got one of the largest rooms which was natural. It was two twin beds, literally pushed together. The carpeting was very dated as was the bathroom and the facilities while the location was ideal. I was disappointed in the room itself.

Cons:

The room was old, smelled like mothballs, tired, carpeting, and bathroom. The room was also facing the street, which was loud all night long and this is from someone who lives in a city.

Pros:

We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Piazza di Spagna for three nights. Located just behind the Spanish Steps, the hotel is very central and convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, particularly Alessandro, and our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning. The rooftop terrace was a lovely addition. After researching many accommodation options in Rome, I was very happy with our choice in the end and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

An incredible couple of days in a beautiful city but more walking than was comfortable for us.
Pros:

The staff were all friendly with excellent English. The room was perfectly adequate and comfortable considering it's price and location. The proximity to great restaurants, shopping and some of the most beautiful attractions of Rome were amazing.

Cons:

We had a small issue with the bathroom sink which we sorted ourselves in five minutes. Other than that, we have nothing to mention as the hotel met our expectations.

Great location and comfort in the heart of Rome.
Pros:

Location is perfect for walking to all famous sites. Metro right in the Piazza de Spagna. Comfortable beds. Noisy street but earplugs do the job.

Cons:

Must get a room facing the street. If you get a back room you can hear other people in their bathroom. Also, no view back there.

Room: Very clean, including the bathroom.
Staff: Each and every front desk staff (and technical staff) were very polite, warm, attentive and helpful. Allowed us to store luggages despite their limited space. Able to converse/understand English
Location: very good
Noise: despite it’s within tourist spot and cars passingby, the room we had is extremely quiet from noise outside (even if we opened the windows). The hotel main door facing the busy road, has good sound proofing

Posizione ottima, fermata della metro ad un minuto di distanza, ricca di locali e servizi intorno nella bellissima cornice di Piazza di Spagna. Camera pulitissima dotata di tutti i comfort, personale gentile e disponibile per ogni necessità. Consigliatissimo!

It’s all about the location
Pros:

The location was awesome and the receptionist was very friendly. The breakfast in the morning was great although we are used to eating earlier than 730 and eight on Sundays.

Cons:

I would’ve liked to have been able to have coffee earlier in the morning and I did not like having to lock my door from the inside with a key and leave that key at the front desk when we left because we only had one key and there were two of us staying in the room so we had to leave and go at the same time.

Pros:

A localização e o atendimento dos funcionários sao os pontos fortes do Hotel. Gostei bastante do café da manhã tb, com cappuccino feito na hora (nao de maquina), ovos mexidos deliciosos e nada gordurentos, queijo, croissant, iogurte, frutas, tudo muito bom!

Cons:

A limpeza deixou muito a desejar, infelizmente...:(
