Great location and friendly staff
Had to walk narrow stairs once I reached my floor in elevator and room was small. From photos I expected a bit bigger.
A wonderful stay here, staff are so friendly and helpful and did everything to make our stay a good experience.
The location is perfect, close to the Spanish Steps and the Metro. Such a nice area busy but not too noisy at night. Gorgeous shops and restaurants, it has a real cosmopolitan feel in this area.our favourite place to stay.

The noise
This hotel has the most kind and attentive staff! I regret not getting their names. Our family had two rooms and the triple room we were given was quite roomy, clean, and comfortable. The location is very convenient as the metro station is just blocks away and there are many shops and restaurants close by. Although the building across the street is currently being renovated, the noise level seemed minimal.
One thing that was a little inconvenient was the fact that they use regular keys for the rooms and you only get one. So when my husband would leave in the early morning hours to exercise he didn’t want to lock me in but that meant I would be asleep with the door unlocked.
Overall, though, it was a wonderful stay and I’m happy to have supported a small family owned business rather than a large corporation.

Lovely hotel excellently situated for all the key attractions in Rome. Staff are incredibly helpful and pleasant and always ready to provide suggestions for restaurants, gelato shops etc.
Location! Nice size room and bathroom.
Our room window faced the hotels cleaning area on a patio and we could not see the street. It was a strange window that did not even feel like a real window that showed the outside.
