Heerlijk hotel op fijne locatie met hele gastvrije en behulpzame eigenaar.
Pros:

Prima hotel met een uitstekende ligging, vlakbij bakker, metro en restaurantjes. Vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar. Appartement voldoet prima voor (kort) gezinsverblijf: schoon en comfortabel.

Cons:

Geen grote minpunten. Wellicht wat minder geschikt voor langer verblijf of verblijf waar privacy heel belangrijk is vanwege het ontbreken van een aparte slaapkamer.

Bonne adresse
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, proche de la gare Montparnasse. Les chambres sont simples et jolies.
Le petit déjeuner (servi uniquement en chambre) est très bien.
Le personnel est également très gentil.

Cons:

Façade de l'hôtel en travaux quand nous y étions, donc vue sur les échafaudages, on ne voyait même pas le ciel, et le jeudi alors qu'on aurait aimé se reposer un peu après un vol de nuit, nous avions les ouvriers derrière notre fenêtre en train de travailler.
Ce n'est que provisoire, et nous reviendrons sûrement dans cet hôtel, mais nous aurions aimé être prévenu de ce désagrément en amont.
De plus, les chambres ne sont pas très insonorisées, nous avons été réveillés un peu avant 5h du matin, par le brui des voisins.

Love the odesssa not the building work !
Pros:

We love the Odessa having stayed a couple of times .
Great location clean and a friendly helpful team

Cons:

Sadly the short term scaffolding and building work which prevented us using the balcony that I requested and paid for .
The team gave us a free breakfast and discount on our next trip which was very considerate

La ubicación y trato del personal son increíbles. Todo estaba muy limpio y correcto :)

Hay de todo cerca y puedes ir andando o en metro a cualquier sitio. El bar de abajo y el de enfrente son perfectos para desayunar y en la propia calle tienes mil opciones para comer, incluida la mejor patisserie 2025!! Mejor baguette tradicional y croissant :)

La única pega que nos tocó la primera planta y las vistas daban a un andamio, pero entiendo que no es culpa de nadie.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó fue que la habitación era algo pequeña, pero como solo ibamos a dormir tampoco fue gran cosa. Además, reservamos en booking una habitación superior con vistas que no nos la dieron :(
