Good value for the price
Pros:

Very good location , 5 minutes walk to the closest metro station , also shops and restaurants within a walking distance Staff was friendly and helpful , hats off to them !

Cons:

It did not bother me very much but the shower curtain was worn out and needed replacement , same as 2 or 3 ceiling tiles which were loose (room no.3 bathroom)

L’emplacement

Cons:

Une chambre en rdc avec une fenêtre cachée dans le couloir donc très oppressant. Une ventilation dans la cour qui fait un boucan d’enfer… je soupçonne une souris dans le plafond… pas de télécommande à la télé, pas de lampes de chevets, les prises sans caches donc dangereux…. Bref pour 170€ la nuit c’est pas terrible !

Låg ganska bra, i ett relativt lugnt område och enkelt att promenera över allt

Cons:

Personalen var inte så hjälpsamma men de försökte ändå vara trevliga, i alla fall lite. Det var extremt lyhört, kändes som man borde med grannarna och även restaurangen som låg utanför. Man hörde exakt vad gästerna pratade om där. Dessutom hörde man så fort någon gick i trapporna utanför. Städningen var inte toppen, såg ut som svart mögel i duschen som inte hade tagits hand om. De bäddade varje dag men inget mer än så, hår låg exempelvis kvar på golvet och om det kommit i handfatet låg det även kvar där.

Séjour très agréable dans un hôte confortable et proche de toutes commodités
Pros:

Idéalement situé, cet hôtel à proximité de deux stations de métro et à 10 mn à pied de la gare Montparnasse permet facilement les déplacements touristiques ou professionnels

Cons:

Chambre très confortable avec une très bonne literie et une belle salle de bain. L’ajout de petits équipements tels que bouilloire et petit frigo sont très utiles

Pros:

The hotel is nice , close to the Tour Eiffel, also to the metro station. The room was quite small, but clean. The staff was friendly and helpfull. We also enjoyed a good breakfast.

Cons:

There was a problem with the sink , but it got fixed very fast.

Le personnel sympathique

Cons:

Hôtel bruyant, escalier en bois sans moquette, chambre mal insonorisée,
Draps douteux, tâches, ainsi que le linge de toilette,wc douche, lavabo corrects, la fenêtre et les coins doivent s'approcher pour être nettoyé.
Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet établissement, pour un 3 étoiles je suis déçu.
