Pros:

It was exceptionally clean. And Fabien and the staff were superb. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The amenities were top notch and it was a most pleasant stay. I would recommend this to everyone when in Paris.

The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport (bus and trains) and many of Paris's major attractions, including the Eiffel Tower. The rooms were well maintained, and we had a pleasant and comfortable stay

Cons:

The only suggestion for improvement would be the breakfast pricing. At €19 per person, it felt quite expensive for the selection offered. A slightly lower price would provide better value for guests especially for bigger groups.

We found Esteem Hotel by chance while looking online for a place to stay during our 3-day family trip to Paris – and we couldn’t have made a better choice!

The location is fantastic, just a 15-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. We stayed in two connecting double rooms, which worked perfectly for our family and made our stay so much more comfortable.

We also really loved the neighborhood in the 15th arrondissement. It’s much quieter and less touristy than other parts of Paris, with lots of lovely cafés, restaurants, and local places to enjoy. The metro station is only a 3-minute walk away, so getting anywhere in the city was quick and easy.

Our room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. We had one small issue in the room when we arrived, but it was resolved immediately. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. They even left us a small surprise in our room afterwards, which was such a thoughtful touch.

Esteem Hotel may be a small hotel, but the service, location, and atmosphere are outstanding. We truly felt welcome and would happily stay here again on our next trip to Paris. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Все. Шикарний готель. Привітний персонал. Дизайн - 10/10. Номер неймовірний - ліжко космос, давно так не відсипався - матрас зручний. Аєрація повітря, приємно пахне, всі меблі з масиву, дорогі, якісні. Продуманий до дрібниць - є кавомашина Nespresso, водичка. Ванна кімната - красива і достатньо велика. Шампунь і гель - преміум, плюс за це. До Ейфелевої Вежі 15 хвилин пішки. Поруч пару ресторанів - висший пілотаж, наприклад Joya. Дякую за цей відпочинок.

P.S. Хоч поспав після Києва, України.

Cons:

Чутно людей в коридорі і як відчиняють двері. Після 00:00 я б не радив ходити на вулиці. Думаю все ок але як мінімум постійно підходять тіпи щось просять, кличуть, пропонують але це не має відношення до готелю.

The staff were very friendly. The location is excellent, close to the Eiffel Tower, and the room was clean.

Cons:

The room was very small, and there was no space to put personal belongings or even something as simple as food. We had to keep everything either on the floor or on the only chair in the room.

The bathroom door could not be locked, and the bathroom window was partially transparent, making it possible to see inside. This was quite uncomfortable and offered very little privacy. In addition, the sink did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly.

We stayed on the ground floor, and it was very noisy, with sounds coming from both the hallway and the reception area. The small terrace outside the room also offered no privacy, as it was not separated from the reception area, so anyone could walk out and stand right in front of our room.
