We were very impressed with the hotel. I arrived with my 75-year-old mother and we arrived earlier than our scheduled check-in time. The lovely receptionist noticed my mother's tiredness after the trip and did everything she could to ensure we could get a room earlier so we could rest. Thank you so much. The rooms were adequate, we slept great, the beds were comfortable, clean, and the location was excellent, just 20 minutes from the Eiffel Tower and close to shops, restaurants, etc.... Merci beaucoup xxx

verything was perfect for a three-day stay.
accueil chaleureux, propreté et proximité avec des lieux touristisques dont la Tour Eiffel
Chambre très exiguë avec une minuscule salle de bain qui était fermée par une double porte vitrée sans joint entre les deux battants, ne laissant ainsi aucune intimité aux occupants tant sur plan auditif que visuel. Le wc situé également dans la salle de bain étant collé à la porte vitrée, il faut être contorsionniste pour s’y assoir sans avoir le nez plaqué sur la porte vitrée. La pluie incessante qui tombait toute la nuit sur le toit en tôle situé à quelques dizaines de centimètres de la fenêtre de la chambre a permis par son vacarme incessant un sommeil on ne peut plus léger.

High cost of breakfast buffet & not early enough.

When you called for the elevator it to up to 5 minutes to open and up to 5 minutes to go down 5 floors. When I left it took a total of 9 minutes to leave. The AC wasn’t sufficient or didn’t work. I left the window open to be cool and had to hear street noise. The toilet was so close to the door I had to sit in it catty cornered.
