Accueil sympa, établissement propre et la proximité avec une bouche de métro est un atout.
Pros:

Chambre au 6ème très petite mais j'ai réservé à la dernière minute par conséquent je n'en tiens pas rigueur.

Cons:

On entend un peu le bruit du métro mais c'est largement supportable et on s'habitue finalement..

Ce n'est certainement pas un 3 étoiles.
Pros:

Le ménage était parfait. Les petits déjeuners étaient bons aussi mais la propreté de la salle laisse à désirer. La vaisselle sale traînait dans l'évier et pas de personnel pour nettoyer, trop occupé sur l'ordinateur.

Cons:

Le personnel surnuméraire incapable de répondre aux demandes. Notre chambre était en rénovation. Salle de bain avec de la moisissure, tuiles manquantes, trou dans lesbparois de la douche, etc.

Très bruyant ( métro) petit déjeuner bof et cher . Le côté DIY c’est surtout on économise sur le staff

Pros:

Очень классное местоположение отеля. В пяти минутах ходьбы много кафе, ресторанов и торговый центр. Хорошая транспортная развязка. Персонал очень доброжелательный, всегда с радостью оказывали помощь.

Cons:

Плохая вентиляция в ванной. Из-за этого очень потели окна и стены.

Le personnel était sympa et l’emplacement était bien! Tout était bien propre. Le petit ventilo dans la chambre n’était vraiment pas de trop!

Cons:

L’ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas.
Les sèches cheveux ne fonctionnaient pas.
Pas d’air co pour une chambre à 200€ la nuit, c’est un peu hard surtout quand il fait très chaud.
Il manquait une petite table de nuit et d’un espace dans la chambre pour placer les vêtements.

La ubicación es buena, el personal atento y amable. Había una maquina de cafe gratis en la recepción

Estuvimos 3 días sin ascensor en un 4to piso y todas las cosas de limpieza de las mucamas estaban en los pasillos, no había ni lugar para caminar.

Pros:

La déco a vraisemblabement été raffraichie récemment.
La chambre était propre.

Cons:

Pas d'ascensseur (HS depuis assez longtemps) et chambre attribuée au 6e étage ; certes le fait que l'acsensseur est indisponible est indiqué quelque part sur la réservation. Je n'avais pas vraiment fait attention, mais je n'imaginais pas forcément être au sixième étage non plus... La montée est rendue encore plus pénible, avec les bagages, par l'encombrement très important des couloirs à tous les étages.
Absence de clim ; c'est certainement ma faute car je n'ai pas vérifié puisque je n'ai plus l'habitude des hôtels sans clim alors que je me déplace beaucoup, et pas dans le luxe. (Néanmoins ventilateur dispo dans la chambre).
Le lit bloque la fenêtre, qu'on ne peut donc qu'entrouvrir. On étouffe + de toute façon, la rue est bruyante (je sais que nous sommes à Paris et que mon commentaire vaut ceux des parisiens qui se plaignent du chant du coq à la campagne... donc pas grande chose ; mais dans la logique : clim = fenêtre fermée = calme = sommeil OK).
La zone de petit-déjeuner est très exigüe, donc peu pratique et inconfortable.
Le personnel est dans l'ensemble assez peu souriant. Dommage ; ça aide à faire passer certaines pillules.

That the elevator was broke and we were not informed of this I have a heart condition and had to climb 84 stairs if I went down to the lobby to get back to my room. My sink was leaking constantly and my floor was soaking a plumber was supposed to come out however nobody did
