Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is great. Overall it was a comfortable and nice stay.

Bed was uncomfortable. Twin beds were put together and I was kinda sliding to middle.

A comfortable hotel, conveniently placed, let down by lack of hot water in room
Pros:

Comfortable, very quiet ground-floor room away from traffic and other noise, very comfortable bed, lots of room in bedroom, bathroom and shower, good continental breakfast, excellent location close to Exhibition venue and to Metro/tram, friendly, English-speaking front-of-house staff.

Cons:

The bathroom/shower: very poor supply of hot water - even after running tap/shower for minutes, at best the water was warm. Complained to manager on first day, promised it had been fixed, only marginally improved on second day. Lovely big wet-room/shower, but nowhere to hang your towel close at hand. No plugs in hand basins, so no way of having a bowl of hot water for a wet shave.
