Pros:

The decor. It definitely had the wow factor

Cons:

There was no soul. The atmosphere was flat. Having read its own hype I expected more of a vibe. It was very dull ….. judge for yourself.

Stylisches Hotel in bester Lage mit tollem Personal!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich super. Vom Hauptbahnhof bzw. Busbahnhof (wenn man mit dem Airlink fährt) sind es ca. 12 Minuten zu Fuß und nur 3 mit dem Taxi. Bis zum zentralen Platz von wo man direkt in der historischen Innenstadt ist (dort liegt auch die Arena) sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Hote allgemein als auch die Zimmerl sind sehr stylisch eingerichtet und bieten viel Platz. Das Frühstück war exzellent und die Köchin bäckt täglich einen frischen Kuchen für das Buffet. Alles ist frisch und lecker und sehr liebevoll angerichtet. Man spricht italienisch, englisch und auch deutsch und wird sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen. Auch Ausflugstips sowie Restaurantempfehlungen erhält man vom freundlichen Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dort unseren Städtetrip nach Verona verbringen.

Cons:

Une expérience inspirante
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, proche de l’Arena, sur une artère vivante qui permet de sortir à pied et de rejoindre facilement les restaurants.

J’y ai séjourné deux nuits et j’ai beaucoup aimé l’atmosphère du lieu : un hôtel pensé par un véritable amateur d’art, où chaque œuvre, chaque objet et parfois même chaque meuble semble porter une histoire.

Chambre confortable, excellente literie, grande douche et WC séparés. Le petit déjeuner est soigné, avec des produits faits maison ou choisis pour leur qualité.

J’ai aussi apprécié prendre l’apéritif dans le hall, qui fait pleinement partie de l’expérience.

Une adresse élégante et inspirante, avec une très belle fréquentation.

Et l’on repense naturellement à l’oncle Eliseo, dans La vita è bella :
« Nulla è più necessario del superfluo. »

Pros:

The staff were friendly and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a more spacious room on arrival. The location is very convenient — just steps from the train station, which made getting around effortless. Our room faced the inner courtyard, keeping it nice and quiet (though we'd note that rooms on the main avenue may be a different experience). The receptionist gave us genuinely good local recommendations, and breakfast was satisfying.
