We loved it apart from the two comments above
Pros:

It’s a really interesting hotel - almost a work of art in its entirety with contemporary Italian paintings, furniture and all manner of artefacts everywhere. The room was huge with a hand painted floor and intriguing furniture.

Cons:

The shower was cool - I would much have preferred warm or even hot.
There was no full length mirror in the bedroom.

Good spot for quick access to arena.
Pros:

Location was good. Easy walking distance to arena. Staff were helpful and we got an unexpected upgrade. Towels and bedding were spotlessly clean and room always smelled fresh on returning

Cons:

I think the finish of the rooms was a little tired noise travelled from other rooms via the extractor fan in the bathroom. Toilet seat should be replaced due to yellow fading. Shower screen was in need of replacement and could have been cleaner

Great design on the fringes of the old town.
Pros:

We really loved the design of this hotel, the space in our room and the breakfast options which were great.

Cons:

Good location for the opera but quite a long trot to the core of the old town. We also had tickets to AIDA one night and were absolutely price gouged (the rate was over doubled for that one night).

Lovely hotel in great location
Pros:

The location is fantastic for visiting the old town and it has a lovely quirky vibe, while offering a very comfortable stay, with all of the amenities you would expect. The staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was great - simple fresh food presented well.

Great location for an opera night at the Arena.
Pros:

perfect location for an opera night at the Aren. Convenient parking at the hotel at a reasonable price. Team was courteous. Breakfast was continental style.

Cons:

Walls are on the thin side.
