I liked the stay.
Pros:

The room was really clean. It‘s size fitted for two persons.
A little bit confusing for me as a foreigner that there were two signs for Montparnasse but still good to overlook.

Cons:

The elevator was bending a bit.

I was only there for 2 nights, however, during that time, the staff was helpful, location was great
Pros:

The hotel was very well located for my needs - very close to the train station.
The location was also great, as I had some available time on the Friday, so the central location of the hotel made it easy to do sight seeing around Paris.
The hotel also has baggage storage available, so after check out, I could walk around the city without worrying about my luggage

Cons:

It may just have been the room that I booked, however, the bathroom and shower was very small. I could manage, however, somebody with of a large status would struggle.
The elevator is also extremely small, 2 or more people, like a family, with their luggage will not be able the elevator at the same time

On l'a juste testé pour une simple nuit afin de prendre un train tôt à la gare Montparnasse le lendemain. Lits confortables.Personnel présent en permanence, ce qui est confortable

Cons:

Insonorisation interne très insuffisante, réveillé à 4h20 par des conversations sonores au desk, puis d'autres, puis des bruits de douches.
Cette localisation est bien adaptée pour des personnes prenant un train très tôt. Cela suppose de poser des portes insonorisantes.

Confort de la literie

Cons:

J’ai réservé cet hôtel via Booking.com, en me fiant à son classement 3 étoiles, mais mon expérience a été très décevante.

Tout d’abord, la porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas, ce qui pose un vrai problème d’intimité. Le sèche-cheveux était sale, avec des traces visibles de dentifrice, et semblait ne jamais avoir été nettoyé, d’autant plus qu’il était placé juste à côté du lavabo.

Enfin, un bruit constant dans la salle de bain rendait l’utilisation de celle-ci particulièrement désagréable, voire stressante.

Ces problèmes relèvent de l’hygiène et de l’entretien de base, et ne sont absolument pas acceptables pour un établissement affichant 3 étoiles à Paris.

Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel
