Very enjoyable stay, I will be back
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, the hotel was clean, cosy and safe. Very importantly good A/C as I visited in August. The location is amazing!

Cons:

The toilet seat was very loosely attached to the toilet. The shower head was also tricky to manage as there isn't a mechanism to secure it whilst you shower.

Staff were very helpful and kind. The location is great for getting to local attractions. The room was excellent (I got an upgrade). The breakfast was tasty.

All staff personnel at the reception are super professional and nice, my association of this place will be with their behaviour and professionalism!
The breakers also good, variety of products available

Suite à la vague de chaleur, il est envisageable que l’hôtel ait subi une interruption de l’alimentation électrique antérieurement à notre arrivée. Par conséquent, nous n’avons pas pu bénéficier d’eau chaude pour la douche. Bien que nous ayons été informés de cette situation lors de notre arrivée, nous avons constaté par nous-mêmes la température froide de l’eau. Vous avez présenté vos excuses pour cet incident indépendant de votre volonté.
