Very nice hotel with excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location and very clean room

Cons:

The rooms are not soundproof at all ! We could hear everything and the cleaning staff made so much noise in the corridor

Ótimo custo-benefício em bairro tranquilo e bem localizado
Pros:

Funcionários muito atenciosos. Localização perfeita, perto de atrações, mas num bairro super tranquilo. Quarto confortável. Café da manhã delicioso.

Cons:

O carpete do quarto precisa ser trocado. O isolamento acústico não é bom, sendo possível ouvir os ruídos dos outros quartos.

Dans l’ensemble, tout m’a plu.

J’ai apprécié l’emplacement ainsi que le personnel à la réception.

Cons:

Les chambres et la salle de douche sont petites, les chambres sont très proches les unes des autres, et on peut entendre ce qui se passe à l’extérieur ainsi que les passages des voisins. Cependant, tout est propre et confortable. J’étais seule et je m’y suis sentie à l’aise.

We liked it, would stay there again.
Pros:

The location is nice, not far from major landmarks. It is on a very quiet road.

Cons:

While we knew to expect the tiny room, we were very much tripping over each other to navigate to the door, the bathroom, the window, etc. Also, I wish they gave more pillows - it seemed they really just gave you cushions.

Charm and efficiency are unbeatable.
Pros:

The staff were charming, helpful and effective in every way. When I discovered I had left my credit card at a restaurant, the reception staff were fantastic, called and located my card in no time, got me a taxi to go retrieve it, and enabled my vacation to continue without a glich. Bravo all around to the staff.

Cons:

The tiny shower, but thats just the European way.
