The location is good very near to Trocadero, has a supermarket nearby, the room was comfortable

Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Stairs precarious/dangerous especially getting into and out of the lift. Lack of flat ground to room accessibility was not mentioned/obvious in booking information.
The en-suite bathroom door didn’t close so personal privacy was impossible. Big negative.
