Pros:

Hotel pulito e confortevole. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione che cmq era semplice ma vicino ci sono tante boulangerie tipiche. Molto vicino alla metropolitana e ad una stazione dei bus. a piedi 15 minuti dall arco di trionfo. Comodo per gli spostamenti ovunque e non lontano da Port Maillot. Lo consiglio

Pros:

Hôtel bien situé, proche TER pour se rendre dans le centre de Paris.
Bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

Pas de climatisation, même si ventilateur à disposition dans les chambres. Il faisait très chaud pour dormir, surtout en période de canicule.

Overall a lovely hotel
Pros:

It was a cosy room, the staff were super friendly. It was quiet and clean. Very nice place to stay and the Metro station was only 2 minutes away. There wasn't AC however they did kindly leave 2 fans in the room

Cons:

We didn't realise there was no lift and were up 2 flights of spiral stairs. Also they came in to clean (couldn't find a DND sign) and threw away a whole bag of expensive bakery goods that we had planned to eat that night so was very disappointed upon realising.

Una "chicca" a Parigi.
Pros:

Vicino ad una fermata della metro, piccolo hotel molto carino e accogliente. La camera, una singola, era giustamente piccola ma funzionale. Apprezzabile il distributore di acqua a disposizione nella hall. Particolarmente gentile e premurosa la signora che mi ha accolto al check-in, mi ha fatto sentire veramente la benvenuta.

Cons:

In camera: la mancanza di aria condizionata, abbastanza ben compensata però dal ventilatore che ho piacevolmente trovato acceso al mio primo ingresso; l'armadio, veramente troppo piccolo e non di facile accesso, ma d'altronde lo spazio di una singola è spesso limitato.
Il bagno al piano: piccolo ma pulito, scomode invece le scale per accedervi e spiacevole la vista sugli ambienti circostanti, veramente mal ridotti e mal tenuti.

Pros:

Gut gelegen nähe Metro und alles was man braucht ist fußläufig, Restaurant, Kneipen, Supermarkt,.. auch ist das Hotel klein und gemütlich wie eine Grosse WG. Man hat auch ein sicheres Gefühl, Rezeption ist dauerhaft besetzt. Netter Innenhof, Kabel-TV etc. Sehr ruhige Lage für lärmempfindliche, für Paris eine Seltenheit

Cons:

Schade fanden wir das mickerige Frühstück auf dem Plastiktablet mit teils nicht frischen Mini Croissant und Pain Au Chocolat. Baguette gab es gar keins...und das in Paris. Eierspeisen Fehlanzeige, Bedienung ebenfalls... Zimmer sehr klein und Doppelbett nur 160 x 180 mit einzelnen Laken, einige Zimmer haben aber renovierte große Bader. Man bekommt halt nur wofür man zahlt. Ein bisschen mehr Energie und Empathie seitens der Betreiberfamilie und paar Kleinigkeiten angepasst und schon wäre es ein Preis-Leistungs Tipp

War bereits das 2. Mal da und werde immer wiederkommen. Schöne Zimmer, gute Lage mit sehr guter Anbindung an Metro, Bus, Tram, und hervorzuheben, super Personal. So herzlich und hilfreich.

Cons:

Leider wie bei vielen Hotels in Paris keine Klimaanlage. Das Hotel hielt Ventilatoren und jederzeit verfügbares Eiswasser vor, was sehr half. Dennoch, es wurde wirklich warm im Zimmer.

Estaba muy bien ubicado, fue fácil para movilizarme y tenía supermercado, cafés y panaderías cerca. Personal muy amable y habitación a pesar de ser pequeña era muy cómoda y limpia.

Cons:

Lamentablemente me tocó vivir la ola de calor y el hotel no tiene aire acondicionado, me dieron amablemente un ventilador pero la habitación era sofocante.
