Pros:

Мы заселились 8 марта , администратор быстро все оформил и проводил нас в номер , помог занести чемодан по лестнице.
Номер у нас был со своей террасой во внутренней дворик . Там был столик с креслами и много растений, мы с удовольствием там отдыхали.
Нам все понравилось.

It was the worst! This is NOT a 4 star hotel. Horrible room. Horrible facilities. Scam.
Pros:

The location was fine. Other than that I don't see any positive points. This is not a 4 star hotel. You open the front door and you step into the breakfast area. You open the room door and you step into your bed. IT IS A SCAM people. If you're young, appreciative of quality, and want to get your money's worth: DONT BOOK HERE. It supposed to be our 5th year anniversary getaway, but the experiences was horrible. I hope no one else goes through this.

I’ve never experienced anything like this before. DON’T BOOK HERE.
Before departure, I contacted the hotel because my wife became ill. We had not left yet. I asked for a cancellation, explaining we were supposed to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary in Paris, but she was extremely unwell. They completely refused to take this into account. Over €400 for 3 nights is a lot of money. The chat staff was rude and unwilling to help, so we ended up going anyway.
Upon arrival, there was NO PARKING AVAILABLE AT ALL, despite what was mentioned at their page. I contacted Booking about this immediately and they initiated an investigation (still pending). I was given a shady paper with a garage “7 minutes walking away.” This was false, it was at least a 10-minute drive/25-minute walk. The garage was dirty, unmonitored, accessible from the street, and had concrete spaces where you couldn’t even open the car door. Parking there was impossible. We had to find another garage for €50 per night extra!!!
The room was EXTREMELY small: you open the door and step straight into the bed. NOT WORTHY OF 4 STARS. The WiFi, TV connection, and phone did not work (isn’t this mandatory for 4 stars?). The room was COLD, and an employee said: “It is cold in December.” Seriously?! The kettle doesnt stop boiling, so i needed to do this manually and got burned. I couldnt charge my phone next to my bedside as I didnt get power there. WHAT WAS THIS?! Only after we said that we wouldnt finish our stay and leave a day sooner they offered an upgrade. As we were SO dissapointed at that point we didnt accept and left. I have booked hotels all over the world via Booking, and this was: THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
THIS IS NOT A 4-STAR HOTEL. Still demanding a real solution. After they denied that I even complained. Funny as I still have proof that their guy Mohammed was in my room trying to fix the...
