Not up to the expectations
Pros:

Good location, friendly staff.

Cons:

Incredibly small hotel, you can't go anywhere without hitting a wall, dodgy elevator and stairs, had a reservation for 3 we got 2 towels on the first day, cleaning was done and we only got 1 towel the second time, had to go downstairs to ask for the towels as I was not able to call the reception from the room, if it works its unclear what the process was.

Good service, friendly staff, and very welcoming people. The hotel is conveniently located near bus and metro stations, and it’s only 4 stops on Bus 30 to the Eiffel Tower.

Sincer nu pot să zic ca nu mi-a plăcut ceva anume poate camera un pic prea mică pt 3 persoane dar depinde pt ce anume te afli în Paris ! Daca vi sa stai in hotel majoritatea timpului este cam mica camera ….in schimb daca vrei sa vizitezi atunci este mai mult ca perfect acest hotel situat într-o zona excelenta aproape de absolut orice îți dorești 👍👍👍magazine,cafenele ,restaurante,metrou ,autobuze ,tramvaie etc chiar și pe jos poți ajunge 10 min la arcul de triumf 20 min champs elysees ,30 min Turnul eiffel etc ….este perfect situat

Nous passerons notre chemin pour cette hôtel la prochaine fois, car il ne reflète pas les commentaires précédents.
Pros:

Le calme, aucun bruit

Cons:

La climatisation est en panne (chaud et froid)
Pour un enfant, sortir de la douche n’est pas confortable sans chauffage. Pour un adulte aussi je pense…
La literie était sale, nous avons dormi sans celle ci
Le petit déjeuner est en supplément et onéreux (18€/personnes et 15€/enfant). Celui ci n’est pas très bien fournis. Personnel absent pendant la prise du petit déjeuner. Manque de diversité dans les viennoiseries, charcuterie. Lait non présent sur le buffet.

Séjour fort satisfaisant au regard de l'attente de celui ci et du temps passé sur place.
Pros:

Confort du lit, accueil agréable et souriant du personnel, proximité avec le lieu (salle de concert) qui a amené à ma visite, proche également de l'Arc de Triomphe (10-12 minutes environ, à pied). Le quartier est calme, c'est également appréciable.

Cons:

Un peu dommage que, comme la chambre se trouve au rez de chaussée, la vue extérieure donne sur une terrasse partagée et qu'on ne puisse pas ouvrir totalement les rideaux car il y'a vis à vis avec une chambre voisine;

Je suis très satisfait de mon séjour.
Pros:

J'ai été accueilli dans un salon somptueux avec un canapé en velours, des tentures et un tableau Louis XIV. Le personnel est toujours très aimable et chaleureux.

Cons:

Tout était bien. La chambre est immense avec une salle de bain toute neuve. Merci.

Cons:

The room was very cold, no real heating, the AC did not produce any heat. Breakfast was mediocre, no baguettes just old bread, no green tea, very limited assortment, this is NOT 4-star in any means.
