Just don’t stay here. They’re scammers
Pros:

I liked nothing about this property. They might have recently renovated, but the same bad owners in the back (should have taken others’ horrible reviews more seriously)

Cons:

False advertisement, scammers, irresponsible. They advertised air conditioning. However, during the heat wave when it was 43 degree outside, the air conditioning in my room wasn’t working at all. The hotel manager was patronizing. I went down to lobby multiple times to let them know ac is off in my room, and the hotel manager kept saying things like “lady, just go back and wait”. They never bothered to get up or come to my room to check what the issue might be. Their plan was to shut me up until I give up. Because I was about to pass out from the unbearable heat, I had to book another hotel that day.

- Personnel très sympathique
- Localisation pratique

Cons:

- Travaux le matin / hôtel en travaux qui n'était pas indiqués au moment de la réa
- Chambre mal agencée
- Mauvais état et vetuste, draps propres mais avec des "taches propres", interrupteur à nu sans contour,...
- Dans l'espace cuisine : Aucun couvert, ni matériel pour cuisiner

Check if the refurbishment is concluded
Pros:

The location

Cons:

The whole hotel is under refurbishment, so it was noisy, and we have to change three times to another room. The washbasin was clogged. The staff helped after many complaints. I thank the owner of the construction company, Mr Gomes, that was there and help us to find a better room.

Ils ont pas voulu faire le changement de dates alors que je n’ai pas pu y aller pour des raisons personnelles suite à un imprévu et je l’es avait contacter +48h avant la nuit.
Conclusion : ils m’ont voler 108€.

Dormir dans un chantier !

L'emplacement

Cons:

L'hôtel était en travaux.
Comment peut on rester ouvert pendant des travaux importants de rénovation ? Il y avait des ouvriers plein l'hôtel dès 8h00.
Pas de petits déjeuners, la salle était en travaux.
Le sol de la chambre n'a jamais été lavé, c'était sale.
Les serviettes de bain n'étaient jamais remplacées. Il a fallu réclamer chaque jour des serviettes propres.
Pas de sèche-cheveux.
Pas de lampes au niveau de la tête de lit. Il fallait se lever pour éteindre, un seul interrupteur pour la chambre.
