Ouvriers qui rentrent dans la chambre sans prévenir
Morceau de porte manquant sur le bas
Poussière blanche partout
Miroir cassé avec grand bout de scotch pour rafistoler
Accroche ceintre sans ceintre
Cafetière sans tasse et une serviette pour deux
A l'arrivée personne à l'accueil attente 15 min sans excuse donnée
Ouvriers de retour le lendemain matin dès 8h du coup très bruyant, un véritable chantier dans l'hôtel
Conclusion venons de demander un dédommagement financier à l'hôtel car rien ne correspond à la présentation faite sur le site

Budynek w remoncie. Pokoj zupełnie inny niż na zdjęciu. Mieliśmy mieć łóżko małżeńskie tymczasem dostaliśmy dwa łóżka pojedyncze zsunięte ze sobą... Komfort spania był kiepski, łóżka się rozjeżdżały a nawet jak na jedną osobę to łóżko było dość małe... Wybierając hotel kierowaliśmy się głównie wygodnym łóżkiem i czystością a ten obiekt nie spełnił żadnych z tych oczekiwań.
Najbardziej szokujące było dla mnie że dostaliśmy jeden ręcznik dla dwóch osób.
Normalnie nawet dla jednej osoby jeśli obiekt oferuje ręczniki przeznaczone są dwa. Jeden Do ciała i jeden do rąk. Tu mieliśmy jeden do wszystkiego dla dwóch osób na 3, dni. Rano chciałam poprosić o drugi ręcznik ale recepcja była nieczynna, napisałam przez booking prośbę o dołożenie ręcznika pod naszą nie obecność -brak odpowiedzi. W końcu wieczorem poprosiłam w recepcji o dwa ręczniki. Pan łaskawie dał mi jeden tłumacząc coś po francusku niestety nie zrozumiałam dokładnie, ale wystarczająco żeby wiedzieć że nie mam co liczyć na drugi ręcznik. Jakby prosiła o jakieś luksusy. Według mnie pobyt nie była warty nawet połowy swojen ceny. Bardziej to motel niz hotel

Für 1 Nacht wenn es nicht anders geht, wie in meinem Fall.

Cons:

Unfassbar schmutzig, musste mit dem sauberen Handtuch den Boden erstmal sauber machen, überall Staub, dreck. Zimmer war sehr kalt

Dusche & wc in 2 separaten Räumen - der wc Raum ist super kalt nicht beheizt, Schüssel ist super locker.

Hotel wird gerade renoviert der Flur ist eine Baustelle ebenfalls alles sehr Schmutzig. Morgens um 9uhr gehen die Renovierungsarbeiten los sowie Zimmer Renovierung was relativ laut ist.

Absolut nicht zu Empfehlen

Le prix exorbitant j’ai payé 502 euros pour 6 nuitées …..la chambre était très petite et très froide le soir. Je suis restée 6 nuitées dans la poussière des travaux . Alors ! oui l’hôtel est en pleins travaux le bruit du marteau a 8 h du matin et le marteau piqueur a 8h 30… une expérience affreuse on sortait de la chambre a 9 h pour ne pas subir le bruit et on revenait le soir…. on trouvez la chambre pleine de poussière blanche partout . Toutes les parties communes avec les chambres du 1 et 2 étage étaient en grands travaux. On a demandé à changer le réceptionniste nous a dit qu’il n y’avait pas de chauffage dans les étages plus hauts.

A fuir absolument ! Certainement pas un 3 étoiles.
Pros:

Absolument rien. Délabré, sale, apparemment en travaux. J’ai été obligée d’envoyer mon invité dormir ailleurs tellement c’était une honte. Un 3 étoiles ? Une blague. Et aucun service client. Impossible de les joindre (j ai tenté à 9 reprises). A fuir absolument !!!

La saleté. Aucun service hôtelier.

Struttura ottima! Posizione ottima e personale ottimo! Gode di un receptionist tutta la notte e le camere vengono ripulite tutti i giorni. La struttura stava subendo ristrutturazione ma siamo stati benissimo comunque. Nessun rumore e molta gentilezza di tutti gli operai che lavorano per ristrutturare. Grazie mille
