I was unable to get in early in the morning prior to my check in, but they also were not expecting me. Someone finally showed up and let me in, was kind enough to check me in early.

Pros:

La camera, accogliente anche se non grande, ha tutto quello che serve per soggiornare un paio di giorni. Il bagno è pulito, provvisto di asciugamani che vengono cambiati ogni giorno. La posizione è buona, non lontano dalla metro che ti porta in centro. Lo staff è molto gentile.

Cons:

La vista sul cortile interno non è il massimo, ma, a parte questo, il soggiorno è stato buono.

Lovely location, lovely hotel!
Pros:

We love Hôtel Paris Villette ! This is a fairly priced hotel in a very diverse neighbourhood where you can find specialty restaurants featuring Korean, Italian, Chinese, Lebanese, Turkish, and many other cuisines. All this within 20 minutes walking or less. This is a highly walkable area, only 250 m or so to the entrance to the metro, and about 10 minutes walk to Parc Villette where you see runners jogging along the canal every day. We always felt safe in this area, but being tourists we don't go out late at night. If you love live music, check out La Trabendo. It is located in Parc Villette and is a pleasent walk from the hotel, about 1200m or less. We love this location.
The hotel amenities are just as described. Our room had a safe, a 4 pc bath, TV, and a working radiant heating panel, perfect for February visits.
You don't speak french? The staff here are so very polite and can help you in English. This is our second visit, we hope we can return again one day!
