Flott hotell med nydelige rom, flott veranda i suiten og god service.
Pros:

Rene, pene rom og fellesarealer. Store, flotte rom.

Good hotel for couples and families but not for solo travelers.
Pros:

Great new mattress and pillows! Lots of towels.
Breakfast was very good, but ordering coffee took longer than necessary most mornings.
Location ideal.

Cons:

This hotel doesn't know what to do with a solo traveler.
Example, while sitting out by the pool. I asked the older pool attendant for an ice tea, he provided appertivo drinks for all the other pool guests requests, but I was still waiting. Then he decided to clean out the refrigerator, still waiting for a bottle of ice tea, not like it takes a lot of effort to provide a bottle of ice tea. I finally decided to cancel the order.

Hotel molto organizzato e bello. Colazione, posizione e mare top.

Cons:

Problema alla televisione non sempre c'era il segnale e quindi alle volte non funzionava.

Pros:

Bella struttura, moderna e pulita! Il personale è stato molto gentile e pronto ad ogni nostra richiesta. Abbiamo passato le giornate divise tra il lido Maria pia, molto bello e la piscina del Hotel, che offre un fantastico servizio bar! Siamo stati davvero bene, una settimana di vero relax. Nei pressi del hotel ci sono ottimi ristoranti, gelaterie e bancarelle come il mercato del venerdì! L ideale per una vacanza con tutti i comfort all insegna del relax!

Soluzione adeguata
Pros:

Ottima struttura posta sul lungomare di Massa Marittima nella quale ero già stato, trovandomi bene, doversi anni fa e ove sono tornato volentieri. Personale gentile, camere e servizi di dimensioni appropriate, buona colazione continentale, servizi (piscina, posteggio) adeguati; comoda la convenzione con alcune spiagge vicine.

Cons:

Il segnale del wi-fi non raggiungeva in modo adeguato la camera posta verso il paese.
