hotel bien situé au centre ville en face passeig born,tout se fait à pieds.beaucoup de restos à proximité.
personnel sympas, chambre confortable, propre ,spacieux, ainsi que la salle de bain,
petit déjeuner copieux, bon.

Cons:

mauvaise isolation: bruit des voisins de chambre qui parlaient tôt le matin...
dommage que le patio était fermé

A beautiful hotel in the heart of the old town
Pros:

The receptionist on our arrival was very helpful and friendly and told us our room was ready early which was a huge bonus. It meant we could settle in and get out to see the city much earlier than we expected.
The room was large, though the lighting could have been improved.
The bed was large and comfortable.
The location of the hotel was ideal and we were able to walk to many tourist destinations.

Cons:

The coffee machine at breakfast was slow and inadequate. There should have been at least two machines working to cope with the number of people who wanted to use it.
The hot food was cold and the service disappointing.

Comfortable rooms very clean & great location
Pros:

location very clean & comfortable beds set on the doorstep of all the shops & restaurants fabulous

Cons:

No extractor in bathroom so it was steamed up very quickly!

Reception staff lovely very helpful but breakfast staff need customer service training not very friendly or helpful!
