Ich kann das Hotel für eine Nacht empfehlen, für mehr Nächte würde ich eher woanders buchen.
Pros:

Das Personal beim Empfang sowie die Ankunft selbst.
Leider gibt es keinen Aufzug daher muss man alles schleppen. Das Zimmer war alt eingerichtet dafür war das Bad sehr neu und ordentlich. Es war auch sehr sauber.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr schlicht gehalten, die Auswahl war nicht groß aber gerade noch in Ordnung.

Everything was spectacular. The staff was amazing!! Great location. Minutes walk from main attraction, and transport bus or train. I highly recommend it. Totally worth it.. i will definitely come back here

La ubicación excepcional. El trato del personal y la limpieza y la calidad de los productos del desayuno, poco habitual en los hoteles.
De agradecer que todos los días te dejaban botella de agua de cortesía en la habitación que contaba con hervidor y cafetera con cápsulas. Para repetir sin duda

Una excelente opción para estar cerca de las principales atracciones de la Ciudad

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado; muy cerca del casco histórico y de las principales atracciones de la ciudad
El desayuno es excelente y el patio en el cual se desayuna es maravilloso.

Amazing location close to everything in Palma, would definitely stay here again. Only drawback is that there is no eleva
Pros:

The location is amazing, right by the Pasaje del Borne and very close to the Cathedral. It’s is located in a beautiful old palace-like house that is full of charm.

Cons:

There is no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. We had a room on the first floor so it wasn’t bad, just one flight up.

Lokalizacja, piękny hol i cudowne patio

Cons:

Pokój był dość ciemny. Bylismy także trochę rozczarowani że na patio nie był czynny bar - patio było tak piękne że aż chciało się na nim posiedzieć i napić drinka czy kawę

Pros:

Great location, excellent breakfast, lovely staff.
We were able to leave our luggage there for later, and the lovely reception gentleman insisted to carry them.

Cons:

Lobby quite hot, I feel for the staff! Also, room was super hot on arrival& needed time to cool.
Our room was 4th floor with no lift, it was ok because we are fit and had little luggage, but it’s not ideal for most, especially in the heat of summer. Should be made more clear.

Fab, stylish hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Location was fabulous, the decor & spacious room was great. It was very quiet so slept really well in the large comfy bed. Breakfast was limited but the items available were of good quality.

The towels could have been nicer & soft…
