Accommodating and attentive service from the staff in a beautiful traditional hotel that had a luxurious quality
Pros:

It’s a very beautiful place; the room was excellent and well equipped. The staff were very attentive and accommodating, aiding early arrival and departure.

The property is in a very traditional style and the setting is stunning. Right at the heart of the old town.

Highly recommended

Cons:

The courtyard bar wasn’t open during our stay but this was minor.

Pros:

La cour de l’hôtel est très jolie et très agréable pour le petit déjeuner.
L’emplacement est un réel plus pour visiter Palma .

Cons:

Si je devais dire un point négatif ça serai l insonorisation des chambres mais vraiment pour dire quelque chose

Good value and perfect for just sleeping in but not hanging out
Pros:

Location was perfect but very inaccessible by car to bring suitcases.
The hotel was a beautiful building but the flooring was awful, I liked the simplicity of the decor but the black furnishings in the courtyard did not go with the hotel.

Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Location was convenient and central. The property is beautiful and the breakfast had traditional items with a little bit of something for everyone that you can enjoy in the courtyard. The building is old so there are no lifts, but the staff is more than accommodating to help with bags to and from your room.

Preis - 265 Euro - Leistung steht in keinem Verhältnis - Diese Unterkunft ist nicht zu empfehlen.
Cons:

Zimmeraustattung sehr einfach - kein Schrank - keinerlei Staurraum für das Gepäck musste von innen vor die Zimmertür gestellt werden damit man sich im Zimmer "bewegen" konnte. Fenster zu einem dunklem Innenhof voller Getränkekisten - vermutlich ein Lager und dementsprechend die Geräuschkulisse. Fenster nur einfach verglast.
Frühstück war sehr überschaubar - Brötchen/Croissant Körbchen leer - auf Nachfrage um Auffüllung ca. 20 Minuten gewartet.

Ein traumhafter Palazzo, eindrücklicher als erwartet. Super freundliches Personal, die Lage ist top zentral. Preis/Leistung absolut okay, würde jederzeit wieder kommen.
