Cons:

Juste un malentendu avec BOOKING, Voici le problème : je demande une réservation pour 6 personnes en demi pension , avec 3 chambres doubles et bizarrement quand on arrive à l'hotel, on nous signale qu'en fait nous n'avons payé que 3 demi pension
Et effectivement en relisant bien, je vois indiqué 1 personne par chambre!
Avouez que c'est qd même audacieux! Réserver 3 chambres avec 2lits jumeaux chacune pour 6 personnes et que Booking interprète qu'il n'y qu'une personne par chambre !!!!
Donc nous avons réglé cela avec l'hotel qui a été très compréhensif mais c'est pas cool de la part de booking, Et à notre arrivée cela nous a contrarié et nous avons passé un peu de temps pour tt régulariser!!
C'est une façon d'afficher un prix d'appel plus intéressant que d'autres !!
Bref pas très correct pour moi !

Le rapport qualité prix, pour un 4 étoiles, ce n’était pas à nos attentes. Pas d’eau potable, douche moyennement propre et lits SIMPLES pas confortables.

En general bien, volveriamos
Pros:

La zona es perfecta para poder salir cerca a pasear, comer o a la playa. La piscina estaba muy bien, el agua de la piscina nos encantó, se sentía salada y mineralizada. Es genial para hospedarse con niños por el parque acuatico, la piscina infantil y el mini club.
El buffet estaba bien.

Cons:

No hay ascensor, no lo sabíamos. El aire acondicionado el segundo día perdió mucha fuerza y casi no se notaba nada, fuimos a quejarnos, vinieron a mirarlo pero siguió igual.
No nos gustó tampoco que no te dan toallas para la piscina y que no hay camareros para servirte en la piscina.

Muy acogedora. Excelente servicio y trato.
Pros:

El personal del hotel es encantador, el desayuno espectacular y las instalaciones muy completas y bien cuidadas. Repetiremos sin duda !

Séjour agréable dans un chouette cadre
Pros:

En fin de saison (début novembre) : Ambiance très agréable, vivante mais calme. Cadre très sympa avec de beaux bassins. Le personnel à la réception et au restaurant étaient très chaleureux. Parking gratuit devant l'hôtel. Nombreuses animations proposées ainsi que des spectacles familiaux tous les soirs (pas trop tard). Nourriture correcte et variée. Idéal pour profiter des falaises à proximité.

Cons:

Propreté de notre chambre convenable mais sans plus. Bruit tôt le matin : notre chambre était juste à côté d'un local du personnel de ménage et nous étions donc réveillés tous les matins à cause du bruit, un vrai vacarme. Les desserts étaient très décevants, voir mauvais.

Pros:

Bohaté snídaně a vynikající večeře s velmi velmi vstřícným personálem je velké pozitivum. Vzniklé problémy během ubytování byly příkladně vyřešeny.

Cons:

Hotel už má něco za sebou, takže interiér našeho pokoje byl už trochu opotřebený. Velkým nezvykem pro středoevropana je lehce slaná voda, která teče z vodovodu. Bez balené vody se tedy neobejdete.
