I had a very relaxing and refreshing stay

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they upgraded my room to a very nice one for free, the reception area is welcoming and the room was tidy and quiet.

Хороший номер для проживания, приехал в отель в 3 часа ночи, ресепшен вместо забронированного номера заселил меня в основной корпус в номер более высокого класса без доплаты. Отель оформлено со вкусом и очень богато, отличные постельные принадлежности. Рядом с отелем через автомобильную трассу имеется остановка общественного транспорта, на котором можно поехать до аэропорта, кроме того у отеля имеется трансфер. Среди персонала есть приветливые сотрудники.

Cons:

Завтрак, включенный в оплату оказался достаточно скудным. На мой взгляд включено чрезмерное изобилие сладких пирожных и имеется недостаток диетической еды. Считаю, что на завтрак надо бы включить два вида какой нибудь каши. Персоналу на кухне во время завтрака нужно бы включить большую внимательность к потребностям гостям, так как я, например, не сразу понял как наличить кофе, сок, не сразу увидел холодильник с сыром и колбасой для бутербродов. Я видел как и другие гости чувствовали себя растерянными по это же причине, при полном молчаливом безразличии персонала кухни.
При запросе на следующее бронирование на двух человек через WhatsApp запросили 150 евро, хотя на booking.com минимальная цена на свободный номер для 2 человек стоил около 120 евро, что не понравилось, так как отель, вероятно, не знает цены на собственные номера.
