The hotel is great for a game stay.
Pros:

I was there for a Napoli football game and I could easily walk to the game from the hotel. The breakfast in the morning was perfect since I was leaving that morning for Rome. The train station was 170 m from the hotel.

Cons:

The markings on the entrance to the hotel were not that obvious to an American who might be used to the big signs they are accustomed to seeing. I literally walked past the entrance twice before seeing it.

Pros:

Personale gentile, colazione buona e varia, vicinanza al luogo cui ero diretto.

Cons:

Stanza sporchissima, condizionatore d'aria del 15/18 puzzolente (era già acceso quando sono arrivato e ha impuzzonito la stanza, quindi l'ho spento), bagno sporco, tubazioni arrugginite, soffione della doccia incrostato (che incoraggiava ad astenersi dal lavarsi), televisore che prendeva 4-5 canali e dopo cinque minuti nemmeno quelli, quindi l'ho spento (ho dovuto staccare la spina per spegnerlo, perché non funzionava nemmeno il tasto di spegnimento), anta della porta finestra che dava sul balcone (al primo piano) che si fermava col ferro solo nella parte inferiore, frigo incassato con niente dentro ma con elenco dei prezzi delle bevande fuori, senso generale di trascuratezza acuta.
