Loved the area! View from the top was gorgeous and staff was amazing!

This hotel is not up to the four star standard it advertised itself to be. It has rooms that have seen better days in that maintenance has not been carried out for a long time. The furniture is supposed to be vintage but it just looks cheap and scruffy. There was a patch of rust around the bath drain. No tissues in the bathroom and no duvet on the bed, though there were two blankets put away. The lift was out of order and the steps are very steep, room was two floors up.

Absolutely stunning hotel and we experienced great service from the staff. Very happy with our stay. 10/10

This is a lovely hotel, classy, stylish with the most beautiful deccor. The staff are polite and charming. We will definitely stay again when next in Seville.

The hotel was very close to all tourist attraction area.
staff and cleanliness was excellent.
One negative point was not having hair conditioner.
One bottle of material was supposed to use as shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Good hotel in good location with good wifi. However the room was very small and there was no desk or chair to work on a laptop etc. The bathroom was enormous and very well equiped.

What a beautiful hotel, friendliest staff and convenient to everythiing!

We felt Alvaro was extremely helpful guiding us on choices of vegan restaurants, and the staff were helpful and polite. The location is fantastic, with the only drawback that construction has affected the street temporarily.

L'hôtel est très joli et plutôt bien situé, dans un quartier calme mais à proximité des sites principaux. En revanche, la chambre n'était pas propre, le sol était sale, des déchets oubliés par terre, cheveux sur le coussin... La fenêtre était quasiment impossible à ouvrir et peu pratique. Surtout, beaucoup trop de lumière dans la chambre la nuit car une petite fenêtre donne sur le couloir qui reste allumé toute la nuit. Il y a également beaucoup de bruit jusqu'à la fermeture du restaurant le soir.

Excellent stay in Seville

The hotel Is a house restored with only 7 rooms

The room was lovely and decorated beautifully with an Andalusian theme. The location was great at the heart of the city. The staff were nice, helpful and everyone spoke at least little English.

What we didn’t like was that the receptionist girl didn’t know how to use the hotel wifi or print something for us, when we really needed it. This made things difficult for us. We know that this place is a hospitality school, so we understand it’s not her fault if she hasn’t been taught these things. But at a 4-star hotel, she should be instructed how to print something for a customer, that is, if they are going to leave her in the reception alone like that.

This is our second stay after having last visited 5 years ago. Little has changed. The staff is welcoming and extremely dedicated to the comfort and experience of its guests. David went out of his way to accommodate us, even going so far as to obtain a table reservation at a popular restaurant in a non touristy area just minutes before we wanted to dine. The room was clean, spacious and there’s plenty of space for clothes. The A/C was powerful and immediately cooled the room. Our room faced the street outside and we could hear loud laughter as people walked home at night but it was fairly muffled by the extra sound deadening windows installed since our last visit. The hotel is literally a 7 minute walk from the cathedral and a 3 minute walk from a taxi stand. Close to many restaurants. As we did years ago, we dropped our luggage off before we could check in and again had them watch it after checkout so we could continue touring during the afternoon before our train departed.
We would recommend this hotel highly.

Charming place, beautiful lobby and building. Warm staff, lovely breakfast, super location close to all the main attractions set on a fairly quiet street. Enjoyed our stay.

Very well located hotel at short distance to the top attractions in Sevilla. The building is a mansion from the XIX century and is nicely kept. Staff is very kind and helpful.
