Pros:

Everything! First time in Sevilla and we loved it! We were given a room upgrade on arrival, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, especially Fran on the pool bar, always asking us if we would like anything and always smiling!! Beds were very comfortable and the pool was perfect way to cool off after sightseeing. Just perfect. We will be back.
