Convenient, clean hotel to get to the most important sights on foot.
Pros:

Hotel is located in the middle of the route between Santa Justa train station and the old town. We can get everywhere on foot. Breakfast is varied including different types of fresh meals. Hotel is clean with friendly staff.

Cons:

The view from the room is not spectacular. We can see only old, neglected houses. The bathroom layout is not comfortable. It was surprising to me that bottles of water are not for free but are element of the minibar to be paid for.

More like a two star hotel with a four star grading and charging more than a five star hotel
Pros:

Staff in the breakfast room were very polite and efficient.

Cons:

No drinking water in the room even on the day of arrival. We were told water is only given to guests who book directly on their site, the rest must buy their own water. The towel hooks were inside the shower and always remained wet. No hooks for hand towels and had to be folded and kept on a stool. No box of tissues in the room. my wife who had a cold had to use toilet paper. The plumbing from the adjoining rooms could be heard in our room at all hours. The sour cherry on top of all this was on checkout, Andrea seemed to be in a bad mood. We went to the end of the road to catch a taxi and there was none. Then I returned to the hotel while my wife was outside with our luggage and asked Andrea if she could call a taxi. She said, " I can only call a taxi when you are inside'. I said that I am standing right in front of you. She said pointing to my wife outside ' That person must be here too'. I then said to her that I told my wife that I am going to reception to call a taxi and that I will call her to the hotel entrance when the taxi is booked. She finally called a taxi and I went outside and brought my wife and the luggage to the hotel entrance. I then told Andrea ' Please try and listen to your clients and understand what they are trying to say'. She responded, " Don't talk to me like that'. Having managed a business operating in 120 countries for forty years, I had never heard anything like that from anybody. An employee like Andrea would be more appropriate in the dishwashing section where she is not exposed to clients otherwise there is little prospect of them returning to the hotel.

Ubicación, limpieza, personal agradable, vistas…

Cons:

Nada, todo perfecto. Como único punto negativo, que el parking estaba lleno y tuvimos que dejar el coche en otro hotel de la misma cadena a 10 min.

Pros:

La posizione comodissima , la pulizia e la colazione ottima

Cons:

La camera dei nostri amici aveva il bagno tradizionale con addirittura il bidet mentre la nostra oltre a non avere il bidet aveva il water situato in una piccola stanzino , la doccia a parte e il lavandino nella zona d’ingresso della camera

Pros:

Nos gustó todo de este hotel. La habitación en general era muy acogedora y las vistas a la Giralda desde su terracita le daban un toque todavía más especial. La cama (de matrimonio) muy cómoda, una gran televisión (aunque nosotras ni la encendimos) y muchos detalles en el baño que se agradecen (cepillos de dientes, bastoncillos, pañuelos…). El desayuno espectacular! Con variedad de productos, dulce y salado, y zumo de naranja natural que siempre es un extra a valorar. El personal que nos atendió en recepción y en el desayuno fueron muy amables. La ubicación es buena, pues permite visitar caminando los lugares de interés más destacados de la ciudad. Totalmente recomendable! Y deseando poder repetir con más tiempo para incluso disfrutar de su piscina climatizada interior!

Cons:

Por poner un pero… señalar que los precios de los artículos del minibar nos parecieron un poco excesivos y que en el baño no había escobilla (somos un poco maniáticas en eso)
