LOVE this hotel
Pros:

This is a great city hotel. Location was good to walk to all the sights and down a quiet road so there wasn't much road noise.
Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful which made the stay even better.
There is a small swimming pool which allows up to 5 people at a time in there. This was great to come and have a dip after exploring the city. Pool towels are provided at reception.
Breakfast was amazing. Wide choice available and all tasted fantastic.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
Rooms are clean and modern, with all the amenities you need - great value for money!

Pros:

Personal muy amable en especial Manuela del restaurante y Pablo y Fernando de recepción. Muy bien desayuno. Habitación cómoda en un hotel reciclado a nuevo.

Personnel gentil et accueillant.
Hotel très propre.
Nous étions en demi pensions : petit déjeuner excellent bcp de choix sucre salé et les repas du soirs aussi.
A 10min de marche de la cathédrale et du real Alcazar. Piscine au top parfait pour se relaxer le soir....je recommande. Si nous devons revenir je reviendrai dans cet hôtel. Merci ☺️

Pros:

Great staff (especial thanks to Cesar on reception - but all staff members were great!). Our room had plenty of space, with an exceptional shower. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was really amazing. And the location was perfect with wonderful restaurants within 10 minutes walk.

Cons:

We had great difficulty adjusting the air-conditioning as the room was too hot. Despite getting up and going to reception where we were told that the temperature was controlled centrally and they would reduce the temperature in our room, we remained far too hot on the first night. After that, we turned off the air-conditioning altogether, and left the window open and put in ear plugs at night for the rest of our stay, and slept very well. There was no toilet brush which we found very inconvenient. If it was not for these 2 minor issues, this would have been a 10/10 review

Would book again in a heartbeat!
Pros:

Excellent hotel. From the moment we arrived, the scent that greeted us at the lobby told us that we were in for an excellent stay. The kind reception staff explained everything thoroughly and made sure our bed request was met. Our bedroom was spotless, extremely spacious, and very comfortable. The shower is huge, and the housekeeping made the room look like we had just checked in every single day of our 6 night stay. The breakfast includes cured meats, a variety of cheeses, marmalades and spreads, a selection of juices, tea and coffee, the fluffiest and freshest butter croissants and pastries, sausages, bacon, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, pancakes, potato omelette, fresh fruit, and a Sevilla station dedicated to delicacies of local cuisine. The gym facilities are also clean and fresh towels are provided. The indoor pool although not very large was a great addition, especially on a rainy day.
Considering the price we paid and the close proximity to Casa de Pilatos (6 mins walk) and the Setas de Sevilla (10min walk), this hotel is 100% value for money and we would definitely come back!

Excellent stay, great location, amazing breakfast
Pros:

The hotel is very centrally based, has a small swimming pool and gym, both of which we didn’t use. The breakfast was outstanding with a great choice both hot and cold and constantly refilled. The bar area was also lovely. Staff are very welcoming, friendly and very helpful.

Stress free, comfortable and relaxed.
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, clean and bright room, very comfortable, and not too noisy.

Cons:

Small detail: there was only ever 1 x instant Nescafe caffeinated coffee sachet and 1 x instant decaffeniated coffee sachet left by housekeeping in the bedroom, even though it was a twin room for two people. Could be an issue for guests who both need a caffeine shot first thing! Also, given the calibre of the hotel, offering instant coffee sachets didn't really fit with the style of the hotel. It would be great to install small coffee pod machines in the bedrooms for visitors.
