Desde las 9 de la mañana había un ruido espantoso con el que era imposible descansar (incluso golpearon con la aspiradora mi puerta, las personas del servicio de limpieza gritaban unas a otras) que en mi caso, por motivos personales, tenía que acostarme tarde. No es normal que en un hotel de 4 estrellas a las 9 de la mañana ya no puedas descansar. Algunos artículos muy anticuados y obsoletos, faltaban muchos detalles que desde luego no son propios de un 4 estrellas como digo
