El chaval de mantenimiento que fue muy agradable
El trato del personal de recepción no tenia cortesía, la habitación a pesar de ser una suite Considero que el alojamiento no cumplía inicialmente con lo ofertado ni con los estándares razonables de calidad, no se puede considerar de 4 estrellas , cabecero de marca cocacola ,pasillos con suciedad , habitaciones defectuosas y hidromasaje en condiciones inaceptables

Personnel très sympa , très belles chambres et confortables. Déjeuner assez complet ,on ne manque de rien
Étant donné que l'hôtel est situé très en dehors de tout, j'aurais aimé qu'il y aie un petit bar ,et un beau restaurant afin de ne pas devoir reprendre le taxi le soir après une journée fatiguante dans le centre de Séville. La déco de salle du déjeuner pourrais être un peu plis chaleureuse.
La ubicación
La habitación estaba sucia, las mesitas de noches con restos de pelos, la almohada olía raro, le debas la vuelta y tenía parches amarillentos y el colchón más de lo mismo. Tenia una mesita baja con migajas de pan y al entrar al hotel iba cargado y al verme nadie hizo ni por ayudar. No vuelvo más aquí y no lo recomiendo.
