A modern and stylish building in a great location - a quiet backstreet near Santa Justa station. Clean, well-equipped and with friendly staff. Great breakfast at a reasonable price, served in a nice room with views over the garden and swimming pool

Cons:

My ground floor, room 110, was truly depressing. Almost no natural light - just a small window into the bathroom area. The only other lighting in the room was from two bedside lights with cold blue 40w equivalent bulbs that were hard to even read by. This is so easy to improve you have to wonder why they haven't bothered? The heating was from reversible aircon which was very noisy, and not working properly, so I was cold much of the time. Water from the shower and in the sink was lukewarm. This was all such a shame because it's potentially a really nice place!

Nice small hotel near Santa Justa Train Station with basic facilities
Pros:

Good location for transport ie Train and Airport Bus, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good.
Centre of Seville within walking distance.

Cons:

Room Aircon wasn't working and was noisy and too warm, also building works started in the floor above us making a lot of noise from about 7am due to renovations so we were woken up earlier than we expected.

Es nuestra segunda visita al hotel e 2 años,destacar la amabilidad de Elena y la Paz y tranquilidad del hotel,esta vez cojimos el desayuno bufet,el cual no envidia a ningún hotel de 4 estrellas.volveremos,gracias por todo.
