Climatisation inefficace, ménage insuffisant et séjour décevant

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est pratique.

Cons:

J'ai réservé cet hôtel parce qu'il était annoncé avec des chambres climatisées. Or, la climatisation de ma chambre était très faible et ne permettait pas de maintenir une température confortable. J'ai signalé le problème à plusieurs reprises à la réception ainsi qu'au service client de Booking.com, mais aucune solution satisfaisante n'a été apportée pendant toute la durée de mon séjour. De plus, la chambre n'a été nettoyée qu'une seule fois pendant tout mon séjour, ce qui est inacceptable pour un hôtel. Mon séjour est devenu très inconfortable, surtout en période de forte chaleur. Je suis très déçu que les prestations annoncées ne correspondent pas à la réalité et que mes réclamations soient restées sans solution.

Hot like a hell. No a/c works

The location is great!

Cons:

The end of May 2026 was terribly hot and the air conditioning in the room (number 51) was not working. I could not sleep at all. Every morning I was informing the receptionist about this matter and they kept promising that A/C would be fixed right away but nothing happened. I suffered for 3 nights and had to checked out 3 days before my reservation ends. I tried to contact the hotel for compensation and wrote to booking.com support but all was useless:(

Emplacement très bon, on peut tout faire à pieds, personnel très aimable même s’ils ne parlent qu’espagnol pour la majorité, même à la réception

Posizione centralissima a pochi passi dalle attrazioni principali

Cons:

Struttura vecchia, pulizia scarsa, la stanza piena di polvere, ho trovato capelli nel letto, muri tutti sporchi. Prezzo troppo alto per le condizioni della struttura.

Todo. La ubicación era increíble, tenías todo cerca, a minutos caminando. Las chicas eran súper amables. Pasaban todos los días a limpiar y a cambiar las toallas. Estaba todo muy limpio. La verdad que estuvimos muy cómodas.
