Estuvimos una noche y la verdad pasamos muy bien. La habitación super cómoda, ubicación ideal.
Pros:

Excelente atención desde el momento en que llegas, todos muy amables. La ubicación perfecta para visitar Madrid en un día. Volvería a hospedarme sin dudarlo.

Proper en comfortabel hotel met een fantastische ligging en vriendelijk personeel waar ik zeker nog terug kom!
Pros:

De centrale ligging van het hotel, zeer proper, heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel aan het onthaal! Grote badkamer, zachte handdoeken en een ruime en goeie douche!
Comfortabele bedden.

posizione ok anche se in un quartiere particolare perche eravamo circondato non da negozi spagnoli ma da negozi orientali e ristoranti cinesi

quando abbiamo prenotato era indicato che la struttura era provvista di parcheggio. Invece una volta arrivati ci hanno detto di parcheggiare in un parcheggio a 200 m. Isabella la Catolica e abbiamo pagato 76 Euro per 2 gg!!!poi non c'erano coperte o piumoni e hanno acceso i riscaldamento fortissimo per rimediare all'assenza di coperte , quindi mi sono svegliata durante la notte per il troppo caldo. C'erano svariati rumori di gocce d'acqua (da altre stanze), il bagno aveva una vasca anziché la doccia e non aveva il bidet. In generale una struttura molto vecchia nel bagno l'intonaco era scrostato. abbastanza fatiscente. Prezzo altissimo per questa struttura-NON dovreste scrivere gli ospiti apprezzano il park privato: è pubblicità ingannevole. Chiederò la restituzione dei soldi del parcheggio

Ottimo soggiorno a Madrid
Pros:

L'hotel è in una posizione strategica, a piedi si raggiungono le principali attrazioni della città e qualora ci si debba spostare, autobus e metro sono a due passi.
La struttura si trova in una via laterale rispetto alla Gran Via e ciò garantisce un'assoluta tranquillità.
La presenza di erogatori gratuiti di acqua fresca e bevande calde è sicuramente un plus.
In camera i letti sono enormi e comodissimi.

Cons:

Unica cosa migliorabile è la colazione. Poca varietà dolce, assenza di torte o altri dolci artigianali che normalmente vengono offerti in hotel di questa categoria.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Convenient city center location with easy access from airport and good public transport options.

Cons:

Room very basic for a 3-star hotel, quite shabby and worn. Compared to this the price for the night was pretty high.
