Het hotel is centraal gelegen wat aangenaam is om de stad te bezoeken!
Pros:

De ligging dicht bij het koninklijk paleis, Plaza de Espagne/metro is een pluspunt. Het ontbijt is heel gevarieerd en lekker! Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Het laden en lossen in de smalle straat naast het hotel van 23u tot 1u veroorzaakte wat lawaaihinder.

We were accommodated in the hotel for two nights. On April 15, 2026, I ordered an Uber taxi to the airport. The car could not find us because the street was being built in front of the hotel. I waited 15 minutes, no taxi came. I ordered another one. I asked the receptionist Pepi (that's what he said his name was) for help explaining to the second taxi how to get to the hotel. No one from Uber spoke English. He was very rude, while talking to him he looked down as if he was working. He offered to call me that taxi, to cancel mine. He pretended not to hear. The location is not good, there is no access by car because the street is being built and they can't find you.
