Non è prima volta ma tutto sempre perfetto
The hotel is very well situated for access to the Croisette and rue d’Antibes. Lovely building outside and inside. The lobby is quite small but very well decorated with more than one person at reception. Rooms are spacious with all what you need. Fragonard products and cafe machine were all a very nice addition. Beautiful view
as well ( 6th floor). The staff is very professional (reception, breakfast). Small breakfast room but lots of variety and fresh products and very efficient staff. Surprisingly I always found a table and the breakfast room was quite empty every time I was there. There are some noisy residents but this was in the middle of summer! One slight disappointment is the state of the swimming pool basin. It really needs to be refurbished. Otherwise the rest of the spa is fine although small in area. I spend a lovely time there and will return.

Balcony you could only fit one person on. Double check room booked, what we booked was not what we got. Small rooms . Spa pool was very dirty.

There was a distinct sewage smell upon entering the guest room which came and went.
