Hotel Modigliani

Nice little hotel in a great location with access to so many of the attractions in Rome. Just up the street from Piazza barberini and around the corner from the cappuccine monks' Church. A short walk to Piazza di Espana . Lots of good restaurants within just a few blocks. Rooms are a bit on the smaller side but they are very well appointed and this is pretty much par for the course in this price range for this great location.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean rooms. Quiet, away from noisy streets.

I miei figli hanno soggiornato una notte sola in questo hotel molto bello, pulito in posizione molto centrale, vicinissimo alla metro e alle principali attrazioni. Inoltre è stato proposto loro un upgrade gratuito con una camera bellissima molto grande con un grande terrazzo panoramico sulla città... il tutto veramente gradito! Sicuramente ritorneremo soprattutto per la gentilezza dimostrata nei confronti di due ragazzi che viaggiavano soli.

Hotel Modigliani was a very sweet and charming hotel. It is a boutique hotel with everything you need. The staff is very friendly and professional. The breakfast had a very nice variety. The location is in walking distance to some of the must see stops in Roman, which makes it ideal. It was priced well and gave you all the amenities you would find in a larger hotel. A great choice for your stay in Rome.

Nice little hotel located near plenty of the sites and features of Rome. Up a side street, very close to the metro, this hotel allows you to easily explore by foot or by metro.
The welcome was top notch and all the staff we enocuntered over the four days were positive, happy and friendly.
The room is ample in size, esepcially as we spent so much time exploring. The bed was comfortable and the shower was really powerful which was a must. The room had a fridge and safe which was great.
Only slight complaint was noise. Not the hotel's fault but the next door room decided to watch films with teh volume on high. They were young so thought they were in a movie theatre.
The breakfast was plentiful and had enough to set you up for the day.
Very clean hotel.

Très bien situé dans une rue calme. Tout est à proximité du centre ville. Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique.
Le matelas chambre 301 penche sur côté gauche. Les portes sont bruyantes car les clés sont énormes et les clients ne se soucient pas des autres clients. Mal insonorisé car on entend la douche de la chambre d'en face.
Super climatisation. Propre et ménage fait tous les jours.
Petite chambre mais suffisant.
Bon petit déjeuner et copieux. Mais peu varié si on reste 1 semaine.
Je recommande cet hôtel très agréable.

Walking distance to everything and on a quiet street

Amazing location…. Large room & super clean…. The continental breakfast was delicious.
The staff was super friendly…. We got upgraded to the top floor with great view from Roma City…. Everything was fantastic!

There was no body lotion or hair conditioner in room. I had to ask for new hand soap. Breakfast very basic. Booking charged me $1,090 for the five nights, saw European get the same room for 60 Euro. Including breakfast. No restaurant in the hotel. This is an apartment building that converted into a hotel. Old furniture in the lobby. Very expensive for what you get. Not worth the money. This is maybe a 3 star hotel.
