Pros:

This is a great combination of price and quality!!!! Cannes, center. The hotel is located on a clean, cozy and quiet street! The room is clean, comfortable beds, comfortable pillows!!! Linens, blankets - everything is wonderful. The view from the window is onto the garden of the neighboring hotel. Good sleep! Clean, comfortable, quick and friendly check-in!!!!

Perfect location, great room. If you come by car make sure you are aware there is no parking
Pros:

The hotel is strategically placed next to the commercial and restaurant area of the town. One minute walk and you are right in that area. At the same time you are only like 5 minutes walk away from the famous beach strip.
The staff were very helpful in everything, even suggesting activities and restaurants.
The room was surprisingly quiet for how within the town centre it was. I usually have difficulty sleeping if there is noise, but here I slept very well.
The room had everything you would need, including an empty fridge which I used for putting some things I bought.

Cons:

There was a bit of a misunderstanding in realation to parking, which was initiated by a misleading indication on the Booking posting. The descriptive text makes it sound like there is parking available belonging to the hotel which I can book. It turns out that the parking they offer is a paid underground parking facility that has no relation whatsoever to the hotel and which turns out to cost 30 euros per less than one day. This was additionally annoying because when I checked in, I had my car perfectly parked on a free parking spot close to the hotel and I only moved my car to take it to what I thought was a hotel parking area. So I ended up paying 30 euros more for nothing, in fact for having my car even further away than I initially had it.

Cons:

Indicava parcheggio, ma bisogna andare altrove a pagamento (ca. 20€/giorno). Colazione é extra, solo su prenotazione, in stanza. SPA solo 30 min. Non corrisponde alle foto e sauna senza luce. Pavimento poco igienico.

staff was extremely unfriendly
i explained them that shower was only cold water
she said it was not true :) (why would i lie about it..?
anyway most important is that they give back my deposit
