Surprise quant au parking gratuit annoncé qui était finalement payant 15€/jour

We loved this wonderful little hotel. The owner greeted us at the reception. He and his staff were very welcoming and accommodating for all our needs. The room, hallways, and reception areas were spotlessly clean and very nicely furnished.
I would highly recommend staying here and I do hope to come back someday. Thank you Frederick!

The property is cute and cozy. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. reminded me of a bed and breakfast. Room was perfect.

Ok hotel, but not more than 2,5-3 stars. The guy working at the front desk, during day time was nice and polite, but the guy working at night was just unbearable. No matter how nice we tried to be, he was just pissed off all the time, never smiled, and never replied to "hello" or "good evening" no matter if we tried in English or French... We got used to French people being rude no matter how nice and smiling we tried to be, but this guy was beyond everything. He should not work in the service industry...

Other than that, ok hotel with ok location. No balcony, pool, exercise room, bar or anything like that - just plain, small rooms. My aircon worked, but my friends' room was off for 2 days in the heat. When they triedto tell the night clerk he just got mad at them..!

Amazing hotel! Perfect location, very helpful staff that helped us with everyting we asked, beautiful little garden outside and also the decoration inside of the hotel was very beautiful. We loved to stay here and would for sure go back!

Nice and clean room, peaceful location, nothing to complain about.

The cleaners did a very good job every day, and the receptionists where very friendly. The bed was confortable and the hotel vas quit central. Although, it seemed to me that the hotel might be a 3 star instead of 4 stars. Bathub and shower was comnined and there was no shower curtains, so the floor on the bathroom did get very wet after showers. The room was very quiet! We did't hear any noice form the trafic, which can be very loud almost everywhere.

Die Lage ist super, es gibt Vergünstigungen für Ausflüge über das Hotel und das Personal ist freundlich, wir konnten ohne Probleme Englisch miteinander sprechen.
Die Klimaanlage im Standardzimmer war sehr laut und hat unangenehm gerochen. Für die Strandliegen werden extra für die Verwendung pro Person und Tag 18€ verrechnet, was nicht bei der Beschreibung angegeben ist. Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund des Strandes gebucht und das dann nicht in Anspruch genommen. Das Zimmer entsprach keiner 4 Stern Kategorie.

I recommend this hotel. Rooms are of generous size, air conditioned, individually and creatively furnished and very clean. Bathrooms are spacious, w. hairdryer and guest shoes. Fabulous quality of beds/matrasses and bed linen. You get a good night´s sleep here. Private parking is available at a garage next door. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel owner went out of his way to help me solve an issue with my rental car. They provide a travel scale to weigh your luggage. The hotel is only 10mins from the private and public beaches along la Croisette yet the location is far enough from the biggest noise of Downtown Cannes. Only the rooms facing the Bd de Strasbourg /=east) do get their share of traffic. This issue is well solved by high quality double windows.

I was there for a business trip, and everything was excellent. The room was comfortable and the A/C worked properly, as it was really hot outside. The staff was very helpful and nice, they know how to treat their guesses. There is a supermarket nearby and it is also close to many restaurants, the beach and the train station - around 10 minutes walk.In sum, a very recommendable place to stay.

I stayed there for four nights. Really nice staffs. They offered me a garden room and it was really quiet. Amazing for the price. I will back there for sure.

Des places gratuites juste dans la rue derrière de l’hotel, ce qui ne nous a pas été mentionné évidement . A la place, il propose le parking pour 15€ par jour. Bref, on a pu se garer gratuitement et c’est bien.

Le personnel est agréable et disponible. La clim était un régal.

Excellent service. We had breakfast each morning. They had gluten free options. One can store food in the refrigerator for snacks later. Convenient to La Croissette. Great place to stay. We will come back!

Love the Ruc it's very familiar and really good service. It's in a quiet part of town but still very close to the center of Cannes. Not a big hotel and that makes it very nice and safe. If you get the lower rooms you also have a patio

I stayed at Ruc Hotel for 5 days for a short holiday, the location is fantastic and at most only a 10 minute walk from the beach and town centre.
All of the staff were so kind and attentive, and were extremely helpful in organising transfers and providing information about Cannes.
Breakfast was lovely, and the room was spacious, clean, and all you could want.
I’ll definitely be visit again next year!

I enjoyed staying at this hotel, the rooms are quite large and super clean. It is only around 7 minutes away (by foot) from the beach. Most important the staff was pleasantly nice and helpful. The hotel is also near many restaurants.

Me and my friends from our company have stayed there in Ruc Hotel for three nights.
We had very comfortable two bed rooms with accessories. Beds were comfortable and hotel services were very good. We could have returned to hotel at any time, which was great.We could have various meals (eggs, hams, fruits, vegetables, cheese etc) for breakfast, no one have complained about anything.

I can recommend this hotel to all sort of visitors.
